We booked this B&B only to have the owner call us and tell us that they are under renovations (THEN WHY ALLOW BOOKINGS???) and they will transfer us to another hotel that they ownThey are scammers! The other hotel is cheaper and they make you pay the same premium price. Why be dishonest and cause us such a hassle?! Hassle with our booking and getting a refund was such a hassle. Avoid this place as the management are scamming guests!

This was not a great place to stay for the money. Do not stay here if you have any other option. Not only were we requested to pay before seeing our room, the lights were off when we entered the house. The room was outdated and dirty! Carpet was stained and bathroom was grungy. The blinds didn't work and the fan had an incredible amount of dust. Our door was just a block of barely finished wood. I took pictures, I wish I could post them do not stay here!
The breakfast in the morning was not worth it. The omelette was so salty neither myself or my partner could eat it. They served salad a top a hot onlmelette so it went soggy. The cheese was runny how is cheese runny???
I think the only reason why there are not worse reviews would be because no one stays here. The last note in the guest book was Oct! And we stayed mid november. This place needs new management and a serious renovation.

It's fine. The rooms are fairly comfortable and the location is decently convenient, but the service is only so-so. The rooms aren't cleaned really and the host didn't really explain much about where everything in the house is. Our bed wasn't the greatest, but the breakfast is pretty good! All in all, it seemed worth it for the price but nothing amazing.

My wife and I booked a night (thankfully only one night) at the Villa Alexandrea and it was not quite an enjoyable experience. We checked in ok, but our towels smelled like they haven't been washed and our bedding had some funky smell to it as well. The coffee filter in our room had not been replaced or clean and had mold growing in it. I can't comment much on the breakfast because we didnt stay for it. We wanted to get out so we could have a nice shower and dry off with some clean towels.

Villa Alexandrea was our first bed and breakfast and we were not disappointed. Was very quiet, breakfast was excellent. Our host was knowledgeable and had great suggestions of where we could go in Niagara to have a good experience. If you're looking to stay in Niagara for a good price and great service this is the place to do so. It was no more than a 15 minute walk to the Falls, Clinton hill, skylon tower, 30 min walk to journey behind the Falls. If we're ever in Niagara again we will be staying at this villa.

Each room has its own washroom and it was very clean on our arrival. The hostess is very straight forward and quite nice. The breakfast was great as well!

The room was clean and relatively modern. Some updates to the finishing would really set it off. Breakfast was plentiful although the second morning the omelette and hash browns were mushy and not very good. There is lots of other food so you won't go hungry. The owner was very friendly. The garden was in great need of attention and that was disappointing as we had looked forward to sitting in it to relax. While our stay was pleasant enough, there was nothing that we found compelling to return.

The Room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located with easy access the bus or casually walk down to the Falls. Maria was Pleasant, accommodating and worked with my wife’s dietary needs. I would recommend staying at this location and will look at staying again when we go back.

Great location, a miles Riverwalk from the falls, The owner is sweet and accommodating, she took care of my wife's wheat allergy, very clean, our room was humble but Maria offered a free upgrade to a fancier room. Maria was nice to talk to and so were the other guests

Great atmosphere. We had breakfast on the last day we were there instead of all the days, we were busy seeing as much of Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, and Toronto as we could.

I can't comment on the facilities, because my trip was cancelled with 2 days' notice. Incredibly unprofessional, and I will not be looking to stay here again. I would suggest you pick a more reputable place where you will not be left scrambling a day before your vacation :)
