Good hotel for the price, location is also great, short 5 min walk to Clifton Hill. However if you want to walk to the Canadian falls that will take a little while Approximately 12 minutes from the foot of Clifton Hill

Not much of a view from the hotel but that's to be expected for the price.

I found the hotel to be kept clean both in the room and around the common areas.

My biggest complaint about my stay was that they didn't clean my room one of the days, the coffee machine was broken and the toilet was not secured properly to the floor.
Note: When I called about the room not being cleaned they sent towels to the room so we had fresh ones in the morning.

I would definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay at Niagara Falls! Close to the Falls, yet not so close that it's nice and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast, pool, workout room. Rooms are clean and quiet. Try it! You'll like it!

Doreen at the Front Office ensures Great Hospitality. Nice, clean, spacious rooms with all amenities and very friendly staff. Lot's of parking and very close to all sights. Probably the best place to stay in a couple of blocks radius. Keep it up. One of the best Days Inn.

Booked two nights on hotels.ca at $43 a night, and was happy with my stay!

The location is only a 5-7 minute walk from the main Clifton Hill area with all the attractions, and maybe another 5 ish down to the Falls and boat cruise spot.

Our view was not great, but I didn't expect a Falls view at such a low price! Room smelled not great, but was clean.
Bathroom also clean, few toiletries left for you and many towels.

Wish we had a TV guide and maybe some water for the room but no real issues! Beds a bit hard but we slept well.

Breakfast buffet is an extra $8.95 per person and didn't look worth it to us.. no bacon!! We headed out for food instead, short walk to IHOP or Denny's.

Staff very friendly, check in and out was a breeze. Parking was $10/ night , definitely one of the lowest rates in the area for a hotel.. but the lot is above ground so not as secure.

Overall a decent and affordable stay for a little holiday!

Great location with friendly staff. Just a heads up about some double charging. They put a hold on your credit card for the rooms and a $100 deposit per room. Rooms were only $65 each per night, that's a big deposit. You do get it back upon check out but I don't see the point if they already have my credit card number. Budget for it

The first thing I noticed about the room is how dark it is. The rooms definitely need better lighting as well as an update. The bath tub also needed to be unclogged, as I showered in about an inch of water due to slow draining.

That being said, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Also, the front desk called us to ensure that everything was okay with the room (which was a nice touch).

Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The location is absolutely perfect! Parking on site is decent (one car per room). Iffy customer service from the lady at registration The rooms are quite basic but do the job! Price isn't too bad.

I was very disappointed. The hotel carpet in my room was dirty the linen had a smell. Which gave the room an odor. The air conditioner was noisy and did not work properly. The refrigerator had food still in it when I checked in. The lighting was not accommodating. Although it was rated high online, it could have been much better. However, the staff was very friendly. It was my fault as I usually stay in the Marriott hotels. Oh well.

Loved to he location. In my opinion being hadicapted I had a hard time getting in and out of the big tub. No grab bars anywhere. The tile on the steps is very slippery. The staff was amazing. The place is very clean, but the beds and pillows need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. So this is why I give one star

Good hotel for one or two nights in a quiet area of Niagara Falls/Ontario. The staff was friendly and very helpful. You have to walk for about 10 to 15 minutes to get down to the falls. Our wheelchair accessible room was not very wheelchair friendly. There was only a bathtub. The room as well as the bathroom were clean, but old. The mattress was a little too firm. We heard lots of noise as the walls are quite thin. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there's a huge choice of restaurants just around the corner.

It is a discount hotel. We got a great deal, but the rooms were not well lit. Our original room had a window that looked at the rear of the newer building and from their hallway window others could see into our room. This meant we could not even add the minimal natural light in to help. This first room also smelled like sweaty socks. Our second room was somewhat better as it looked at the back of the pool which had no windows, we could keep the curtains open to add some light. The newer rooms our friends were in seemed more standard, But the older rooms we were in were definitely less so. The staff was polite and helpful, the breakfast options were fine, the price was wonderful, but unless we were in the newer rooms we would not return here.

Room and location were great! When there was a problem with one of the AC units they fixed it right away. Great with the kids. Very friendly. Clean and cozy room. Wifi. Walking distance to tons and tons of great attractions and food!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 4 nights. It would've been so much better of they had a restraunt and room service - giving it the complete hotel experience.

The only issue we had was when my boyfriend forgot his toothbrush. He called the reception and they said he had to come get one. (No rooms service)

The room was quite spacious though and the bed was comfy - I guess that's the most important aspect.

Hotel was nice. I wish they would have informed us ahead of time that we had to pay to park. Whirlpool and shower were exceptionally clean. Close walk to all of the attractions, but far enough to be out.Of the hustle and bustle. Very quiet. Would stay there again.

The price was great. Mind you I went in the off season, but you cant argue with 50$ a night. Its right up the street from pretty much everything and the staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. My only issue was the view from my window was a wall of another building. And the coffee in the room that was left for you in the morning was terrible. But all and all it was a mostly positive experience.
