Good hotel rooms with breakfast and evening snacks on 3 days. Kitchen equipped for longer stay but house keeping sucks. Food no variety and complaints takes long to sort out. Budget hotel with less options and average to poor services. Will never stay again in Staybridge.

We had a good experience there. Got there early for a great supper. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was pool had no apparent heat and the hot tub wasn't running

We had a 3 bed suite. The third bed was I'm a separate room with it's own bathroom. The room was clean. It was in a good location with multiple eating options. The wifi was pretty fast and the TV had a good selection of channels.

While I'm somewhat used to other guests not knowing proper hotel etiquette, mainly staying quiet in the hallways, I feel like there shouldn't be any excuse for the staff. I don't like being woken up early after I check in late the night before no matter how funny the jokes may be. Otherwise, the rooms were nicely stocked, and breakfast was decent too despite not having much on hand. I'm assuming it was a unexpected busy morning.

Nice hotel. WiFi is probably the best I've seen in Canada. Water pressure in the shower is great, towels are nice as well. Bed is a little uncomfortable, but not horrible.

I was in a suite. Clean, very well priced. Walking distance to mall and major amenities. Close to airport. Suite was very spacious. Very comfortable. Will definitely rebook!

The rooms are very clean and pretty big. There's breakfast buffet. Even, from Monday to Wednesday there is a complimentary dinner. The hotel has a little gym, I miss some bars, and a swimming pool. The suite where I am hosted has a kitchen with all the necessary things, including a washing machine. There's as well a complimentary laundry service with drier also for free. The staff is amazing: very friendly.

It was a very quiet hotel which was amazing. Very cozy. But the lack of housekeeping on the weekends was surprising. We failed to read that housekeeping was only on request. Pools not stocked with towels. Waterslide stairs could use a cleaning.

We had my daughter's birthday party here. My wife stayed the night with my daughter and her friends. The suite was big and clean. The kitchenette was a nice touch. The girls really enjoyed the pool and water slide and the breakfast the next morning was top notch.

Limited luggage carts. Bed was crammed up against wall air conditioner. I kept hitting it when I would get up to go to bathroom. Front desk was super nice and accommodating. We rented a conference suite and it was really nice. Held our party of 8 for a conference and dinner. Would stay again. Decor updated and an awesome business center.
