It is a beautiful large room to have a party or gathering of any type. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It is also easy to get to.

Great food. Tried the lunch buffet. It was AA1. Staff are noticeably extra helpful and good humoured. Have not stayed here, but their convention setup is good. So busy, parking was a bit tight. Very successful hotel for good reasons I think.

Beautiful hotel. Awful staff. I didn't even stay here, I went in for an interview and the way I was treated was enough for me to walk back out of the front door before the interview even started. They are unorganized, rude and not personable. I was treated badly over the phone and in person. The girl at the front desk wasn't even aware that someone had an interview that day and had to fish around to find who i was looking for and when she found them she rudely told me to sit down. Not even a "feel free to take a seat or look around". I felt uncomfortable knowing that guests were being treated like this. I wouldn't stay here after that and I definitely wouldn't work here.

The venue was nice, they were quick to adapt to wedding set up and everything ran very seamlessly. I really liked the lemon grass chicken and wished there was more for seconds!

The best part of this hotel is the people, the staff are more than great and so helpful and friendly. A close second is everything else I have not had a bad experience here yet, even when my door handle pulled off while answering the door for room service. The waitress was already on the phone with the front desk while I was joking about the door handle, and it was fixed withing minutes. Other than that, there's shopping and fast food a block or two away and all kinds of shopping within minutes, plus there's a train station a couple blocks away. The beds are comfortable and there's enough outlets placed around the room even for a tech junkie like me. My only real complaint is not even a complaint it's that I wish the late night menu was more extensive. But I've only ever ordered off it once and was quite happy with what I ordered. Compared to other hotels I stay at in Calgary this is easily one of my favorites, and I will continue to stay here for while.

Went for the lunch buffet. Selection and quality of food was good. The dessert section was very good. Try their iced tea, it's very tasty. Staff and service was excellent as well.

Location is good, close to the airport, and the c train is right across the street meaning downtown is only a $3 train ticket away. Views are okay, Calgary skyline is visible but a little far. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate requests and are professional. Rooms are spacious and clean, there's a restaurant and bistro that runs throughout the day and into the late night, night club, conference center, pool and garden area. Parking is free. Only downside that I can think of is that the hotel is in the flight path of a plane run way, so if you're a very light sleeper, you may want to avoid this hotel- though the rooms do dampen the sound significantly, you can still hear the planes.

I have been coming here for lunch for years! I love that the buffet has a great variety of items that are served fresh. The buffet is literally different each and everyday which is substantially different than many others in Calgary. There's plenty of seating and easy access to the food. The servers are friendly and efficient.

At the front desk to the hotel there service is friendly as well. They have a couple of computers with Internet access that are complimentary with access to a printer which is greatly appreciated when going into a meeting.

The decorum is also quite modern and tasteful. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

I attended the buffet brunch and it was a smaller spread than normal. The chefs were nice and courteous. The service was a bit slow as they did not clean up the plates quickly or fill up water or offer juice. However was very quick to give me a bill and make me pay for it at the bar. Pretty inconvenient having to follow him all the way to the bar to pay and he did not mention gratuity was already charged.

Our family love it here. A couple of times a year we get the zoo or telus Spark package deal to stay here, and are never disappointed. SO worth it for families to treat their kids.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed though small maintenance items are in order. (Hissing thermostat and missing silicone gaps in bathroom sink area. Nice leisure pool and hot tub, great breakfast and easy parking. Staff are pleasant and more than accomodating. Overall, our second visit and we'll return in future.

The hotel is reasonably priced and equipped. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The TV only a 32" 720p, but the biggest issue is the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and poorly designed, as the door opens inward making it difficult to maneuver. The breakfast buffet is very good and has all of the staples; bacon, eggs, pancakes, milk, juice, fresh fruit, and yogurt.

The lobby is super nice. Much of the place looks like it was recently remodeled. However I stayed in the B tower and the hallways made it took very dated. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. Large bed. Had all the necessary amenities. Bathroom sink produced scalding hot water that would hardly get cooler even with cold turned all way up. Also, the cold side leaked for quite a while before it stopped. Overall, pleasant stay. Not too bad.
