Great Customer Service . Rooms are clean and all the staff are friendly and very helpful . Close to all ameneties .

Got a room for one night while passing through. Room smelled funny. Like cat pee. It was $100 for the night. And had to put a $100 deposit. When i went to get my deposit back they refused to give it to me because there was a face cloth missing apparently.. they took $5 off my deposit fee for a face cloth. Would not recommend.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I came back to my room after a day out in Calgary and found my door open although the do not disturb sine was on the door. There was no one in my room but the deadbolt was propped open as if there were cleaning the room. I immediately went to the front desk staff to talk to them about it. I was confronted by the counter person accusing me of lying, be rude and racist. Threaten to call the police and kick me out. I said I would wait for the police they showed up and said I needed to apologies, I did nothing wrong as the two bystanders attested to. They then just left without making the staff apologies, I asked for the manager to call me but have not heard from them.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BED BUGS!!!!!! For 1, they tell you a completely different rate over the phone then you get to the hotel and they act like they never heard of that rate before. You can't even discuss it because the guy just stares at you and doesn't speak. For 2, if I call down for towels or toilet paper I'm told I have to wait the night out until housekeeping comes in the morning..without toilet paper? Cherry on top!!! - You apparently aren't aloud visitors after 6pm. NEVER stayed at a place with this rule I pay for this room, but yet I'm not aloud to do anything on a Saturday night. DURING STAMPEDE WEEKEND. This isn't even near an upscale hotel to have these types of rules? My friend was here visiting me and had been in the room long enough to use the washroom then front desk calls me and tells me I had 'complaints' about visitors? It's not complaints when they're the only one with a problem I'm sure the people next door being rowdy and drunk that are making my room smell like cigarettes aren't complaining, anyways front desk told me they would 'physically come up and remove my friend themselves if they didn't see them leave within 5 minutes'. So I told my friend to just go I'm not loosing my place to stay over this, as soon as they get outside trying to go to their car and leave they are being chased down and HARASSED by front desk guy!?? They get in the car and the guy starts pounding, I repeat POUNDING on the car window and when it was rolled down saying they're calling the police (mind you it was no threat, they really called the police) why? Because my friend was black? I see all other guests with company over, smoking in their rooms and getting loaded walking around even witnessed a man in the staircase so loaded 2 friends could barely help him and he pee'd all over himself and the stairs but the rule only applies to me? I don't leave town for another 2 days but surely I will be hunting down another place to stay after this, not to pull the 'racist card' but thats exactly the impression I get from this place. I checked out 2 days early, didn't get my full amount back and was told I didn't pay the rate I did, so clearly someone is pocketing money. For some reason I'm unable to post a picture of the bites I woke up with. This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in.

Front desk staff were helpful. Needed to have a $150 deposit but took debit as my credit card had been compromised by last motel. Room smelled badly of stale smoke, my clothes now smell. Cost was very high for the room and people next door were partying until 4am.

I drove there to pick up notes from a friend. Seemed clean, warm, a bit noisy, and had lot's of parking. Not quite sure what else you could ask for from a motel.

Hi ,
I am writing you today in hopes of finding out a few things. First, if you would possibly be the same owners from this date August 25, 2011? Unfortunately, I was a " checked in" guest, who didn't stay more than 20-30 min after the situation turning " hard to handle" , for lack of better terminology, I came back to check out , assuming I was taking the right choice of action then, to find out you( if you were owner at this time) had taken damage to your window, which I assumed wasn't to be my fault Assuming all parties knew the " guests" who took over my nights stay, and with that I felt like I didn't need to look back into anything.
With today's date, I had to look into something thru the police files which included my name, I found this unfinished damage you were possibly left to deal with, and it made me stop and feel it was a sure thing, to make sure this vandalism, although not life threatening, it may hold the same ending, that's for you to say.
From my own life and where I stand at this very moment,
I do not have financial means to just fix everything I broke in my years passed , but I came across your motel,
I remember so clearly that evening, and I recall feeling so badly for your lossknowing I had no control over the nights events, not even knowing the true happenings.. but knowing who I left there out of sheer need to just get away,
It was wrong to leave without asking for you to remove them, and I do now see how it could have been different, if only I had taken a stronger approach,'and stood up for what was only right. Not for any reason other than to say why, it was an intimidating task, and walking out to wish the best knowing the worst was most likely to happen,
I just want to sincerely apologize for my part, I know today, if I could show my daughter one thing to learn, if she was able to see my actions,
I would want her to know that it doesn't matter what happen, always trying to make it right on your own part is only right.
Anyhow maybe you are a new owner, maybe you remember the evening as clearly as myself,
Either way,
Hopefully you were somehow given a chance to get it fixed without a loss.

We stayed for 1 night and it was actually quite comfortable, the price was great for the service. Breakfast is included. The only problem was the stairs going up for breakfast were way too slippery. In Winter you have to be extremely careful.
