Very nice hotel. Nice rooms. Very good food at the Charcut restaurant. Meeting room chairs could be a bit more comfortable.

Great hotel with friendly staff and chic decor. Love the fold-down ironing board, bath soaps, rainwater shower, and comfortable bed. Three gripes: seemed to be sediment in the water - may be a Calgary thing, but did not look drinkable - needs to be filtered better; room is too dark - needs better lighting; lobby bar closes WAY too early - last call was before 10:30 on a Friday?

The room was very clean and comfortable. The service provided by the staff was very professional and I felt very welcomed. The hotel is just across from the Calgary Tower which is also a tourist attraction that I highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding. Everything was perfect. They were even so kind as to write us a personalized note and provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a premier hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. However, I downgraded one star because the bathroom sink does not have a stopper and you can't fill it. Not good for shaving as you continually have to run the water. This is not very eco friendly. I also find the rooms a little dark. They do provide a good complimentary breakfast though.

Staff were professional and courteous. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Comfortable bed, large shower, and surprisingly, a mini-bar. Haven't seen one of those in a long time. Easy to check in and check out. Great location to explore downtown Calgary!

What a great place! The staff was super friendly and great at giving directions to local places. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower was phenomenal! Great place to stay in downtown Calgary! Hands down would go back in a heartbeat!

Very nice hotel that is centrally located in Calgary and is only 15 minutes from the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and roomy. Deluxe Continental breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious!

My boyfriend and I got the regular king room and it was amazing. So beautiful. Valet parking. Made you feel like royalty. We would most definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a special occasion and we received exceptional customer service. We felt very special even though we stayed one night. The man at the front desk was very friendly. We were offered valet services for I believe $20. Before we got to our room, there was a champagne bottle, rose petals sprinkled throughout the room, doves made out of towels, and a welcome note left specifically for us. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. We had breakfast in bed and the food was average. We will definitely be staying here again and I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to stay in Calgary for any special occasions.

Le Germain hotel in calgary is the most amazing place in calgary, if you are staying in calgary for any reason I would recommend this over any hotel. Between traveling for pleasure and business, out of all of the places I've stayed this is the best! The staff are absolutely incredible and will go out of their way to make your experience as magnificent as possible. I recently stayed here with my fiance for our anniversary and requested champagne and rose pedals but decided not to because I did not wish to pay the extra $150, when we showed up the staff did it anyways just because they knew it was special to us! Love all the staff here this is amazing thank you so much!

I called to have some desserts left in the room for my wife who was traveling in from out of town. The concierge went out of their way to find some at a local bakery and get them put in her room with a nice note. They texted me a picture of the cupcakes/note and said it was a small token - they were happy not to charge me for them. Excellent service!

Mixed review. Gym is suberb. Staff are very hard-working. Room is fancy. It's quiet. Good power outlet situation. Stocked fridge. I like the robes. Continental breakfast had good options. Cleaning staff very fast. Stuff I didn't like - hard to get the room dark at night. Blinds not great and lots of electronic lights from panels and coffee maker etc. They charged me $14.50 for some egg whites that I ordered. I think the eggs they serve are from powder. All the breakfast staff seemed extremely nervous - both days. They had a sign advertising gluten free products - upon request they actually didn't have any!

My Husband and I had an amazing experience at this hotel! We came in for our mini "baby moon" and the staff went above and beyond and upgraded our room as well as delivered a beautiful gift of baby clothes to our door!! The staff are so kind and make you feel so welcomed. They made our weekend so special and we can't thank them enough. We will definitely be back for future celebrations!!
