Good News: Fire alarms work
Bad News: it's 9am after arriving late the night before, with no warning. Who decided this was an appropriate testing time at an airport hotel??? Other property details lead me to a crisis of confidence in the management, and I can not recommend this hotel. Pity, as their airport shuttle was very convenient

I was there for a training conference and the room was nice and bright without being glaringly bright. The tables were nicely covered, and the seats comfortable enough for a full day of sitting. Also, there was a small table with chocolates, pens, and paper which I thought was a classy touch.

Nice, clean, and has underground parking (you have to ask for the code). Only a couple restaurants within walking distance but there is a shopping complex and theater a short drive to the North East. Don't venture south though as the neighborhood turns industrial in a hurry.

The hotel has a decent restaurant in the lobby as well as a fitness center, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Don't forget to bring your swimming suits.

We had our wedding here and the venue was excellent. The food was fantastic and accommodating, especially for people with special dietary requirements. The room was fantastic and big enough to accommodate the wedding party.

Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport is really recommended. The room is clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. There is microwave and mini-fridge provided. Parking and wifi are free. Their breakfast buffet is also great. Will stay here again.

If you are planning an event I warn you, do not use this hotel. I have been hosting engineering software workshops from hotels around the world for the past 8 years and this was by far the worst hotel experience yet.

The training room was not setup according to specs, even after pointing the issues to staff multiple times. Dietary requirements were not met , we had 5 vegetarians and was only give 3 veggie wraps. This after multiple requests to the hotel staff to accommodate our basic requests. Just getting extension chords in the training room took me asking 5 times and by the time they got them to the room, the workshop had already started.

The experience was tedious and embarrassing for our company. Overall the staff was un-helpful, and the manager was never seen and never apologized. If you want a stress free event, try another hotel.

The atmosphere of the lobby was spacious and welcoming. The staff were nice and provide help when called for. The rooms were clean and spacious. I liked that the staff cleaned quickly

Ric's Grill was very quiet and not busy. We were seated immediately. Waitress was not very helpful with recommendations but was quick and attentive. Food was very good.

Was here to attend a wedding. Good location and spacious for a wedding. Dinner served was great. Employees and servers were friendly. Bar tender at the restaurant was awesome. The bar during the wedding sucks. We paid the same price for a quarter of a shot.. And that's why we ended up at the bar at the restaurant.

We stayed at Four Points Calgary Airport. Room was very large and quite comfortable. Very clean. The pool area was nice. Staff were very friendly. The lighting in the room was a bit too dim and would have liked a mirror by the desk.

Nice hotel Exterior and lobby Rooms are a little dated but everything works and is fine for being a hotel, a place to sleep and work. The bar.. Rics had good food and cold drinks

Service was great! The food was okay. The size of the burger was dry and small for the price it was. We went with a Groupon and had to order from the regular menu. The pricing would've been better if we had went with the lunch deal.

The hotel was very nice. The room on the other hand had issues. Bathroom was not clean. A piece of the hardwood flooring was sticking up about a half inch in the air, and of course I caught my foot on it. Opened the fridge to put some water in, and it smelled absolutely horrible. There was nothing inside, but it smelled like rotten meat. Lastly, asked for an 8am wake up call, and it came at 7:45. I guess it was better early than not at all. While checking out, I let the front desk know, but nothing was done to make up for the issues. Disappointing as we've stayed here quite a few times in the past.

It's been a while since I stayed here, but it was nice to come back and see that it's has remained pretty much the same. The rooms are clean, there is a restaurant with decent food, and even a spa. It's definitely the best option in the area.
