Decent room for the price, especially in this area of downtown which is pretty close to everything.
Staff is friendly. Valet parking is nice and affordable, only that it gets full very quickly and you would have to park at the next parking lot.

Nice venue and very friendly staff, I didn't stay here overnight but I was there for 3 days for an event. Lunch buffet was pretty good. There is underground parking.

Nice hotel. Good location. Rooms a little old. Parking and breakfast are pricey. Very kind personnel. Overall a good experience.

Worst experience at a hotel.
Stayed there previously and their system was down, so couldn't check-in until the evening.

Decided to give them a second chance.
The room was worse than the previous stay.
Very dated with stained lamp shades.
No fridge, glasses or complementary coffee/tea.
The room next door (404) had a screaming kid that made it impossible to sleep.
The Asian Receptionists at the front desk seem so surprised that it was Rm (404), I think it was her friend/relative as she didn't care.

Save your money if you value your time, sleep and atmosphere.

Room was nice but it is definitely an older building. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub in our room was a highlight. The location is perfect there are plenty of nice restaurants abd coffee shops near by.

Location was good. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Liked the swimming pool. Rooms could do with a bit of updating but clean and beds very comfortable. Service was good.

Worst hotel experience ever by far.
You will not able to sleep from pipes noises coming from walls, you will hear AC running water all night. Had to call front office more than 4 times during the night to find a solution but recommended to change the room at 3 am and we were leaving on a road trip at 6 am!
The worst part was discovering the bites on our bodies after leaving the second day! it is infested with BED BUGS!

As other mentioned, "FREE" wifi is not working, you can hear other rooms talks clearly from your room! and pricey parking service.

I gave the feedback at checking out besides reporting all night incidents, asked for a manager but they said they can do nothing!

Not worth the money especially if you will not be able to sleep which is the main purpose of paying for a hotel room, so not worth ANY money even.

PS. Hotel manager, don't give your generic feedback wishing to have had the chance to correct it while I was there, you had 5 chances to do that but it was useless!

Friendly staff, and decent rooms are what you can expect at this budget hotel. Parking is underground, and valet only for $25 a day (which is pretty good for downtown Calgary). Certainly not expecting any frills or high standards for the price but it gets the job done if you're looking for a place to stay.

Edit: Had it at 5 stars but changed it due to lack of a/c in room which was uncomfortable to sleep in even in the spring. Still good value, but wouldn't want to stay here in the summer.

Friendly staff. However, no coffee and tea in our room, or mini fridge. Room is incredibly tiny and dated. Not worth the money.

I'm no hotel snob. The staff was nice, valet parking was no more expensive than parking next door. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Located right downtown, you can't go wrong with this place to rest your head

Well situated, with great underground parking. Very comfy bed, and great big jacuzzi tub in some rooms. The bar is nice, and larger than most hotel bars.

Loved the king jacuzzi suite. Yes it was a little warm but we left the window open and it seemed to keep it cool enough. The bed was very comfy and the air system was very quiet. The rumble of the c trains lulls you to sleep. Weird little bathroom but the in room tub makes up for it. Only complaint is the lack of glasses for drinking water. Coffee machine would be nice too. Walked to our restaurant and back.

Booked a room with a king bed and jacuzzi - got a room with a Murphy bed that was slightly smaller queen size with a mattress like a bag of sand and no jacuzzi. Asked to be switched but was told there was nothing available with a jacuzzi. They told us we could move to a smaller room with a king size bed so we did. The bed was better but the room was 29 degrees Celsius and there was no AC. Called the front desk again and asked if anything could be done - they said open a window and told us there was a fan in the closet. I slept on the floor near the one tiny open window to try to fend off heat stroke.
Better off to stay home I guess
