Nice hotel. Great location. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Fast WiFi and close to many Pokéstops, some of which are lured.

Be very careful when you use your credit card to pay the hotel fee at this hotel!
My credit card was used in a fraud in UK couple of days after I paid the hotel fee at this Ramada Vancouver airport.
My Colleague visiting Vancouver last June stayed in the same hotel in Summer 2015 and experienced exactly the same thing, she only used her credit card to pay fees at this hotel front desk and her card information was stolen for transactions in UK.
I have raised the case to Ramada Worldwide, a specialist is looking into the case.response / report this review -

Room was antiquated with old and filthy carpets. Hotel needs renovation. Food in dining room was good and the dining room attendant was very courteous helpful and efficient. Front desk staff was very helpful as well.

Yuck! I reserved this hotel because of the price and location and the reviews weren't too bad. We only needed to stay there for 5 hours, as we got in at 11pm had to be back at the airport by 4am. When we flew into Vancouver, I called the hotel from the airport twice, only to get an answering machine, so no shuttle to pick us up. We got a cab that cost us 20$ "plus tip" she said. Drove like a mad woman and we get to hotel. 25$. The front desk guy was nice. I told him about the cab and he offered to pay for my cab back to the airport at 4am because the shuttle doesn't start till 5. Which was nice, but he could only give me 15$ vouchers, so we still had to pay more for the cab going back. The hotel is old. I should have taken a picture of the carpet in our room, it was that gross. My husband pulled back the bedding to check the sheets forI don't know what, just cause it felt like we should check. lol We actually did have a good sleep. Hotel was pretty quiet and once our heads hit the pillows it was fine. Checking out at 4am though, there was a very young woman (someone's daughter is what I kept thinking) dressed in skimpy clothes and high heels wandering around the small lobby while some sketchy 60+ year old man was checking them in with cash. Kinda gross, and my 12 year old daughter seeing this was yucky too. Just feltdirty.
This hotel served it purpose for us for 5 hours, I guess, but I wouldn't stay there again. I gave it 2 stars because the front desk guy was nice and helpful, and we did get some sleep.response / report this review -

Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was decent. Overall what I expected.
