I attended the Holiday Inn for a work conference. The location was ideal as it was near the SkyTrain.The staff were amazingly attentive. My only complaint would be the limited number of bathrooms in the lobby area for the amount of people who attended this conference.

Clean. Awesome views from the balcony. Close to the metro to easily get to downtown. Could easily hear neighbor's voices through the party door which was unusual for a hotel.

The holiday inn room I was in was clean. Beds are comfortable and the room was fairly quiet for a light sleeper like me. Restaurant food was delicious. All the staff I interacted with were friendly.

The room is clean, nothing too fancy though they do give you some great toiletries. The lighting system is a bit lacking. For 16$ you can have breakfast (buffet). Nice assortment of fruits, baked goods and asian cuisine ( they don't make cappuccinos). Overall the label €€€€ that google gives this hotel is pretty truthful. Kinda expensive for what you get.

I found the front desk staff at the Broadway Holiday Inn welcoming and genuinely pleasant. The lobby is well lit, and the ballroom off the lobby spacious. The hotel was very clean and the carpets and furnishings modern and in good repair. The event I attended was catered by the hotel. The food was very fresh, and the selection thoughtful, with local strawberries and cream raspberries among the fruit tray. The vegetables were also fresh and the dip selections yummy. Good tea selections. My impression is favourable, and I recall rooms my parents rented there some years back were spacious. My quibble is the entry needs more natural light and some relief from a grey expanse of cement with some plantings or? to break up the grey.

The service was wonderful and easy. No fuss, no muss whatsoever. We needed extra towels and they were brought to the room almost instantly. They even upgraded us upon finding out that we were members by giving us a room with a balcony. Beds were comfortable and clean, not to mention, the small keurig was a nice surprise. The staff were also accommodating in extending our check out time till 2pm without any extra charge. Breakfast in the restaurant the next morning was fabulous. We ordered and perhaps even under 5 minutes we recieved our food cooked to perfection. Very pleased with everything.

Servicio muy amable. Serca de lugares estrellas. Serca a tiendas y restaurantes. Los cuartos no son muy grande pero por el precio no esta mal. Sobre todo buena experiencia, serian 5 estrellas si no tubiera que pagar $22 por estacionamiento por dia.

I went to a seminar here. It was conveniently located and the catering was very good. Staff were helpful and efficient. One downside was that for a seminar of 120 people, the ladies room had only 2 stalls.

Booked 4 rooms for one night for a family event. Staff were great. Rooms were clean. Pool and gym are above average. Great location and excellent breakfast buffet. My 4th stay here

Stayed over night for enchant Vancouver, had a two bedroom room on the twelfth floor. Stay was awesome everything was clean, proximity to transit is great. Short walk to enchant was good. Had the breakfast buffet at the lounge the next morning and it was awesome as well.
