I love this hotel. Service is always good and it's a home away from home.

Easy connection to the airport. Brighouse station is 5min walk away for easy connection to downtown.

2 big malls nearby as well.

Good dining options in the area is a bit scarce. Try these:

It's pretty good overall. Heated pool and hot tub had the perfect temperature. One star lost to the horrible old person talc smell the room has. They need to change that asap!

Did not like this hotel at all, the worst layout I have ever seen for a hotel. Front office and staff at restaurant is pretty good/friendly but that dosnt make up for the confusing maze this place is. You really need to know which elevator to take in order to reach your room, if you take the wrong one you end up on the other side of the hotel. After struggling with elevators if you get to the right side of the hotel, depending on room number one might end up walking 500 m before reaching one's room. Good luck if you have to do that multiple times a day.
There were issues with the room cleaning as well. Had a used towel hanging in the washroom and dirty toilet seat when I checked in.

Was put up here by my work but would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean and well appointed, room service was prompt, and the food was quite good. All in all a great hotel experience.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff are amazing . Rooms are older but so well kept and renovated. Beds are awesome and very comfy and rooms are unreal clean

When we checked in, we had the assumption that we had two double beds, but we were given the room with a king bed instead. Customer service was excellent as they put a cot in the room which worked out. Overall the room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

It was recently remodeled so everything looks great. The staff was friendly and fulfilled all our needs. Room design was a bit weird which is why I'm giving 4.

The room we had was a standard size, 2 queen beds. The bathroom was on the small side, you could barely open the door to get out. Definitely not enough room for 2 people. The hotel itself is not bad, but starting to slowly show its age. I was there as part of a charity event; I wouldn't pay rack rate for it though - there are other more reasonably priced hotels around. Granted, not as nice, or with the amenities.

We were there for a dinner at the restaurant. Good quality was good service was great. Our steak came out a little too overcook but the waitress was kind enough to replace it right away and took it off the bill. Kind gesture and the rest of my dinner was also delicious as well. Atmosphere was also great as well and the different type of seats were quite comfortable.

We have our business events at different hotels and the Vancouver Sheraton is by far the best! Best service! Easy access. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The restaurant was excellent food, quick service. Highly recommend!

Friendly courteous staff, our room wasn't ready so they found us one that was. Big spacious room with a king bed. Only major con was a mix up with the payment. I had to call 3 times before it was finally corrected.

A nice hotel with lots of room. They keep everything clean, refill shampoo/soap everyday, and the people that work there are nice and friendly. Unfortunately the water when showering is constantly changing temperatures. Could have had better check-in experience, though.

Just had dinner at their restaurant named Harold's, which is named after one of their long term customers. Harrold is super imposed in all the pictures on the walls. Now that's just funny. Food and service is always consistently good. I've heard they do a really good breakfast/brunch as well. Reasonable prices and good quality.

Conference rooms were comfortable with good sound and easy to navigate. Washrooms were very clean. Food on site (Harold's) was delicious for a reasonable price. Staff were gracious and helpful.
