Great location close to SkyTrain and airport. Was there for a seminar; the facilities were great, food was excellent, and staff were efficient.

Being on the road for 12 days recently we certainly had our experiences with hotels up and down the west coast. When we checked into the Airport Radisson I just expected it to be a much cleaner hotel. After getting to our room we found the previous tenant's long black hair in the bathtub, on the toilet, and on the bathroom floor. Our friend's we were traveling with had worn and dirty looking carpet in their room as well. The room's temperature couldn't be controlled and during the night it became hard to sleep due to the room temperature. However, we were excited to see that there were Sleep Number beds in the room until we realized that neither worked and it felt like we were sleeping on a brick. Finally, after a long day I went to the vending area only to find out that in the entire hotel there was only one vending machine! I only found it after I went BACK down to the front desk and asked where it was because the floors that are suppose to have vending machines do not. I was also informed by the front desk that if I didn't like the selection that I could go to the store behind the hotel. On Thursday morning we were pressed for time so we thought we'd eat at the hotel's cafe but when when we got there it was just a bunch of breakfast items laying out for you to fix for yourself..all for the low price of $18.00 Canadian. We were less than impressed with their breakfast BUT on the bright side there is a Denny's just 8 minutes away.

That was the worst hotel experience I've ever had!! We rented a penthouse suite the bill was over $400.00 no shampoo/ conditioner / body lotion samples the bathroom was tiny the windows were dirty ! Coffee cups maker etc were cheap. Never again not worth the money

The front desk service was lovely, the room we stayed in for the one night had comfortable beds, a good tv and a fully functioning bathroom. And the pool was great as well! Best feature of all, the shuttle to the airport in the morning had us arrive with plenty of time for security.

When booking we asked for two rooms with two queen beds. Instead we got two "suites" with a king and a pullout bed. When we got to the first suite it smelt horribly of smoke and the carpets were stained. The second suite smelt somewhat better, however still looked unclean. Thankfully the hotel had another room available. Would never stay here again the rooms are absolutely dismal for the price.

Clean, nice reception, close to airport and comfy beds!! I wish they would have made the effort in the morning to bring us extra creamer and sugar to our room, instead we had to come down and get it. Regardless, good stay!

Their staff were incredibly helpful and amazing. Amazingly courteous and professional. Did not hesitate to drop whatever it was they were doing to help me. The guests were incredibly rude though. There was this old couple who was harassing the young service desk, calling her ugly and unfurnished when she was clearly clearcoated and painted black. The straightest, finest desk I've ever seen in a while. An employee threw potted plants at them, making me laugh and triggering my ascension of Humanity, which I had been meditating upon since I contracted ebola.

Great venue for a dinner banquet. Ample (free) parking available with hosted event. Professional staff was more than accommodating.

Lunch was good. Didn't see much of the hotel but it was decently nice. Room was cold but I guess the AC is working well. Could near the next meeting room but might have been the next room was more noisy than us boring professionals

We had an event in Richmond and always stay at this hotel. Not only great service and easy check out but having all great Chinese restaurants and grocery store is a plus. Across the way is the Aberdeen plaza with many different types of stores. If you like a comfy hotel and good dining this is the place.

5 stars for excellent customer service, location, the size of the room. 2 stars for the condition and size of the bathroom. We probably will stay here again because is very convenient. A block from the skyrail and across a street from Aberdeen Centre.

I stayed here for 4 days for a conference.

    Cons
    - fan in bathroom didn't work
    - heat didn't work
    - THE SLAMMING DOORS!!!
Although the doors have hydraulics on them, they SLAM shut. All the doors close to me did it too. Woke me and my infant son up in the middle of the night.
    - room 513 has a lovely view of the sky train running right by.
    - have to walk 15-20 mins to get anywhere.

    Pro
    - staff are super helpful
