Google is out of date, step it up. No pool as shown. Otherwise clean hotel, renovated. On the pricy side, with required paid parking, which is not required by other hotels.

Very small and quiet property. Rooms are updated ane has everything that is needed. Staff is very friendly and the property is surrounded with plenty of food places to eat (and open fairly late too). Highly recommended!

Clean, Quite place. When you travel frequently you appreciate a home away from home. People often forget what you say but they never forget how you make them feel.
    Cheers!

Exceptionally clean and spacious room. We arrived early from Canada Place and the front desk staff was able to accommodate our early check-in. A nice area to walk around with plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a 6am flight departure and early check out was smooth. Oh, a nice bar too.

Hotel was clean and nice. Comfortable pillows and good beds! Continental breakfast wasn't great everything else was good!

A good size does with two queen sized beds. The room was clean and tidy but the slower made a squeezing sound when used and the drain didn't work well so, if you showered too long your feet would be submerged in a pool of warm, soapy water.

This place is disappointing for what we have come to expect from a Four Points Sheraton as a Starwood Preferred member, especially considering the cost. It was sparcely appointed and outdated. There is no Club lounge. It's in a rather rough neighborhood. We had to pay for parking. The hotel restaurant was closed and there are no restaurants within walking distance that aren't Asian. It seems the only thing going for this place is it's near the airport. Despite my criticism, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was clean.

Our stay was excellent, from check in which was quick and friendly to check out. The hotel is very clean, quiet and attractive. The fitness room is bright and well equipped. The location is in the middle of a Chinese/Korean district and surrounded by a plethora of eating choices. The price was very reasonable, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.no questions asked.

This hotel is great! It is within close proximity to Vancouver International Airport and many restaurants and retail in Richmond. The staff is very courteous and go out of their way to assist guests, and it is greatly appreciated! Even though it might be a bit noisy since its near the airport, the comfortable rooms and great service definitely outweigh any negatives. Overall, a great hotel and worth a stay.

Airport shuttle schedule here is nice. There are a few fast food joints in walking distance too. Staff were great. Some items in my king room bathroom weren't laid out very well and there was some unfinished maintenance work (sprinkler in ceiling, for example). Biggest concern might have been the lack of available power outlets in the main room. The ones that were there were chalked full of items already. For the price though it wasn't a bad stay.

Nice hotel. Staff is friendly. Although the room seems nice, it does need fixing. There is a tile that is chipping away in the shower. The "baseboard" is falling of the wall. All outside noise can be hurt inside. So overall a nice hotel but needs reno

For a hotel really not thaaaaaaaat close to the airport (though still about a 10 minute drive away, at night with no traffic) it's pretty solid. Complimentary shuttle every half hour is great, beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are pretty nice, and the rate I got I thought was a solid deal. Probably room for improvement somewhere but my brief, about seven hour stay? Perfectly fine for someone stuck in town overnight waiting for a flight.

My relative found the hotel with no trouble. Very close to a big shopping centre. Definitely a large variety restaurants to choose from. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We got a great deal through Expedia.
