Stayed 4 weeks on business. This hotel was awesome. The staff were very professional and helped immediately when asked for help.
The rooms were very clean and the beds were pillow top and comfortable. The suites have separate bedroom with full kitchen and large smart TV in living room and bedroom. Never heard noise from my room.
Really enjoyed the dining room and morning hot breakfast. Seemed very popular with all the guests. They thought of everything a guest would want. Loved the indoor swimming pool water was not cold and hot tub was very clean. Would definitely stay here when traveling back to the Vancouver area again. Close to everything and best restaurants nearby. Top rated hotel.response / report this review -

Great room with mini fridge and microwave. When we had our privacy hanger out they slipped a note under the door reminding us they couldn't clean our room that day and if we had any questions to call. While we were there they decorated the lobby for Halloween and the kids loved it. Decor was nice. Staff was friendly. The only issue would be the pillows. They bought pillow cases that say "firm" or "soft" in prominent letters. 7 out of 8 of our pillow cases said "firm", 1 out of 8 pillows was firm With the amount of laundry and pillows in a hotel I don't know who thought that would work.

Clean, friendly and cost efficient. Rented the grand suit and it was missing a few small items. They put an air freshener in the hallways which is nice but very strong and kind of burns the nostrils.
1st world problems, I know. But I would gladly go back.response / report this review -

The rooms were very clean and furnished with modern-ish decor. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The price was more expensive then what I would normally go for, but at the quality it was worth every penny.

I haven't stayed at this Holiday Inn. So why am I reviewing it? Because I had to cancel a reservation which was non-refundable. I had extenuating circumstances which Holiday Inn was under no obligation to take into consideration. But the manager at this hotel was extremely understanding and sympathetic. She understood that I would be back in Vancouver in a couple years most likely, and just said "we're not going to hold onto your money. Hope you stay with us when you're back in town!"
We certainly will. That's a great way to build customer loyalty. Instead of keeping a few hundred bucks and building resentment, make an investment in future business. Thank you Holiday Inn, and thanks to that wonderful helpful lady!response / report this review -

Very new Holiday Inn Express. It is right next to a movie theatre. Everything in our room was clean and in working order. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a wide variety. There were milk, juices, coffee, tea, cereals, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, omelette, pork sausage, turkey sausage, bagel, toast, English muffins, potatoes, and a pancake machine. I would stay here again. Remember to bring your swimsuit, there is an indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

The room is very nice and big, internet speeds have been a little hit and miss but mostly good. They also have a good morning breakfast considering its not a full sit down and order place. I would recommend this for stays for business purposes.

What you would expect from the Holiday Inn and Suites. Basically out in the middle of nowhere but definitely three times the price of any motel in town. Recommend you drive in town

I stay here a couple times a year for work and I always enjoy it. I'm always greeted with friendly, professional staff. I've never been disappointed with my room, and the location is perfect for what I need. Great complimentary breakfast!

Nice facility, bed was pretty firm. Rooms were spacious, facility laundry was pretty limited. Breakfast was complimentary and nice. Pool was closed for resurfacing and paid ting.

Comfortable newer building and rooms. The breakfast provided is a good start to the day. There is shopping nearby. Airport shuttle is convenient for those traveling through YVR. Be aware that there are 2 Holiday Inn locations in Richmond if you are making arrangements and this is the Riverport location.

Rooms much nicer than expected. Very clean, very modern. Housekeeping forgot a few essentials when making our room, but to me that's an individuals error and not a mark against the hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My expectations were easily exceeded and I would happily stay here again.
