Good rooms great rates! Plenty of good food within walking distance.

The main areas are very tired and the morning breakfast was terrible (broken syrup container, no protein, cold eggs). Also, the guests are extremely loud, I was woken up multiple times with people pounding on doors or talking loud in the hall. At least it was clean and no bedbugs I won't stay here again.

The conference room we were in was small but not too small, a perfect size for our group of around 50. Service from the staff was polite and friendly, but they weren't buzzing around too much. Seems like it would be affordable and comfortable to stay in if I was ever laying over in Vancouver overnight.

Didn't like it, if all you want is a place to sleep, and nothing else, then this is the place for you, reasonable size room, but really small tv and remote control didn't work properly. As for the free morning breakfast, all I can say, is, here, you get what you pay for,

Clean, good staff. Some signs of aging of the property, but overall a good experience. Would stay again.

Room was great, staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast could have been better, eggs were powdered and guests acted like a pack of wild dogs.

Good location. Close to very tasty Asian restaurants and shopping centre. They have an airport shuttle, but you have to call it for pick up and drop off unlike the other hotels

Great location. Decent facitility. Walls are a bit thin and some amenities are not the best. Came at around a time I heard prices were not the best so I should not be surprised. Would recommend for short stays or if location is most important.

Room is nice, TV isn't very big. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot tub is nice but the pool is very small. Front desk guy was very nice. Situated within 2 blocks of easily 50 restaurants. I've never seen so many places.

This is our second time staying here and will likely be the last.I am very upset. My partner and I are guest here for two nights. We both have a disability, and were parked in the only handicapped spot. When we returned they had a car parked without handicapped permit. The person on duty suggested we park across the street.
We were outraged first of all, because the person parked was from Texas, driving a Nissan car, licence GXH-2495, had no permit to be there, and secondly because the staff person refused to make them move. This is illegal in this country to ignore the rights of disabled people and I will pursue this further. The manager on staff was Goldie Bhopara.

Clean rooms, comfortable pillows. Continental breakfast was good, had waffles. Right beside the airport so the planes were loud, but not really noticeable in the rooms.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, these are the basics for a decent hotel. It's La Quinta, so you shouldn't be expecting anything too fancy. This location is in the middle of the Asian district of Vancouver and so nearly all of the surround restaurants (and there are many) are Chinese, Japanese or Korean. There is an Earl's in the mall just a couple blocks away if you really want a burger.

A good location in Richmond with a quick and and off the main freeway. The rooms are comfortable. We had 2 double beds and were able to get a roll away bed for free. All beds were soft and comfortable. The pool is small but the kids enjoyed swimming in it. There's a hot tub too. Breakfast is decent, the same as what is served at all the La Quintas. One special thing about this LQ is the rooftop garden where you have a beautiful view of the cascade mountains.

All necessities are provided, except drinking water. The rooms have a heating system, a nice view, and also a coffee maker. The beds are comfortable, and there is also a small swimming pool and a fitness center. The location is not too noisy and I had no problem sleeping.
