Over all good experience. Rooms were clean and reasonably priced. Location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a very ideal get away place for honeymooners..or business get togethers in fact all occasions are suitable for any length of stay. It boasts all amenities needed for a very comfortable stay.I highly recommend this place to everyone.And all travellers alike of course!! Lol..

Although we didn't stay here because of a mix up with their computer systems, I would like to give them 5 stars for taking care of us so incredibly well. When we arrived to check in they explained the situation and sent us to a hotel down the way. They paid for our taxi that evening as well as our breakfast the next morning. I was really impressed with how they dealt with the situation! Thank you very much Ramada. :)

Great location very central to downtown. We rode the train in from the airport and it's only a few blocks from waterfront station. I will note that the last block is a pretty significant incline but very manageable. Also it is only 3 blocks from the cruise port so a great spot for your pre-cruise stop over. The rooms were pretty small but very clean. The carpet looks less than a year or two old. They did a great job with the renovation.

This hotel is a great option for those who need to save a few dimes when wanting to stay directly downtown. The savings have both positives and negatives. Positively, we loved being close enough to walk to whatever we pleased within the best parts of downtown Vancouver and the front desk agents were pleasant and eager to help us plan out the day. Negatively, the room was small and unfortunately, we could hear everything going on in all adjacent rooms including the snoring from above. I gave 4 stars because I knew I wasn't walking in to the Hilton and the Ramada is an excellent choice for those unbothered by the minuses I mentioned.

Very clean and super friendly staff (the room was slightly run down but fine). Thought it was a good value and was close to things we wanted to do down town. Had a Keurig in the room which was a bonus and lots of water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Enough said.

It's a decent room. The bathroom is fantastic! When I had asked for a framed picture of Alfonso Lincoln Ribeiro, they had delivered!!! LMFAO. I didn't think they would do it, but they did. Front desk is courteous and prompt. It's an older hotel, keep that in mind. Overall it was a great experience.

Rooms are small but it wasn't unexpected as you can read in all the other reviews. Just be prepared for small spaces. Also, the beds we're described as Queens but they were definitely just doubles. The staff was pleasant and super accommodating. Place is located closer to Gastown and is just down the street from Chinatown.

Service has been helpful and friendly. Rooms are a little small, but neat and tidy. Hot breakfast was good. A minor problem with the toilet was solved quickly. We needed a nice, clean hotel near Rogers arena and this fit the bill very well. Neighbourhood isnt the best, but this is downtown Vancouver.

I read many reviews before I booked this hotel, I am totally surprised as there reviews have not matched my reality.
This is the worst place I have ever stayed, I expected to feel safe in the surrounding areas, especially as I was paying £362.79 for 2 nights.
When I mentioned to the front desk my fears, worries and concerns they just nodded at me. We did not venture out after 6pm as felt very vulnerable, 1 block away had a drop in where you could stay for $10 cad a night.
I booked this hotel for the location as in the advert it said close to all amenities, unfortunately it did not say it was in the Hub of Junkies, Alcoholics & drug users.
I appreciate the hotel can not control what happens around the area, although if it was effecting there business they would possibly say something, but the price I was charged was well over the top, I should not have paid anything more then $80 cad a night, £50.response / report this review -

Nice clean room, perfect location and great price. Strongly recommend (stayed 5 days) thin walls are the only negative point so some neighbors might make more noise than others

Room was great - very clean and comfortable. Inexpensive room within ten minutes walking distance to Rogers Arena. Room did not have a fridge, but there was a bathtub. We used the valet service. Had to park in front of hotel with four-way flashers on, but it was convenient. Staff are very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Ramada was a wonderful experience. We stayed there when we first landed in Vancouver, it was easy to find and very close to waterfront station and walking distance to everything! Our room was cosy, but well appointed. Great value for money and would recommend to anyone travelling to Vancouver.

It's true that the rooms are small but they are clean and comfortable. This hotel had the good kind of "character", not the gross kind. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Located near downtown Vancouver, this quaint hotel is perfect for a short stay in the city. The room is generously sized, has a moderately comfy bed, the pillows are great, though. I was quite pleasantly surprised to find the filter in the HVAC unit to be extremely clean. The floor plan is a bit quirky, but nothing too crazy. The biggest issue with the room is the window, which is sandwiched between two buildings so it provides very little light into the room. The service has been exquisite, everyone from the valet, to the night desk clerk has been very pleasant and friendly. They have offered up all sorts of information on the city, and given great advice on what to see. Not the Ritz Carlton, but nowhere near the cost either. Great value and recommend it for others.
