The hotel is wonderful. The view of the harbor is beautiful. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, a market, and the SeaBus into downtown.
Beautiful hotel with amazing stuff willing to help you in anything. The hotel is amazingly clean and the rooms are amazing. Also the location of the hotel is great, it's accessible by various sources of transportation and it's beside many restaurants. I will always come back and stay in pinnacle when I visit Vancouver
The service for the event was excellent and it was a great wedding hosted by them. The few things that took away from the experience was the cost of drinks and it was quite warm in the lobby. With all that being said they did let us into the ballroom early to enjoy the nicely air conditioned room
Excellent hotel experience. A bit on the pricey side, but all-in-all enjoyable. We stayed on the view side, which we could see the Lonsdale Quay and the harbour and then downtown in the distance from out the window. Nice lane-pool and jacuzzi for amenities. Easy walking distance to the Quay and also the Sea-Bus to go downtown.
Room was clean, spacious, and felt very nice inside. Service was also friendly and very helpful.
One thing I didn't like but didn't detract from anything: view of the street. If you're staying here, do yourself a favour and pay the extra couple of bucks for either a good mountain view room or an ocean view!
Modern place with helpful staff..pet friendly. Near nice shops and restaurants. Nice views of main Vancouver downtown area. Lots of high rise construction in process but is quiet at night. Excellent pool and health club access for guests. Parking is under hotel for a fee..
First off, North Vancouver, where this hotel is located at is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than staying in Downtown Vancouver. I found the downtown to be crowded with the usual homeless population and seedy streets close to major hotels and tourist attractions. On the other hand, North Vancouver is only 6 kilometers away and the area where the hotel is extremely nice with open spaces, their own boardwalk and market, souvenir shops, etc So 5+ stars for location
I had a room with the Harbor view, and it was very nice. The King Bed room was spacious with C.O. Bigelow toiletries. The bathrooms are modern. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, and the service is great as well. There was a microwave in my room and I called the restaurant to deliver a dinner plate and silverware. They sent them promptly without any hesitation.
If I go back to Vancouver, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
We hosted a professional event at the pinnacle hotel in one of their ball rooms. Everything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, the staff were extreamly helpful, and our event was a huge success. I would definitely host another event at this location.
I had dinner and drinks at the Lobby restaurant. We went on Sunday for prime rib and it is the best prime rib I've ever had, no exaggeration. Jason was our server. He was professional and friendly. I would recommend this spot to anyone!
The view of the city was great but there was lots of construction outside, the room however was very odd as it had a window that peered directly into the bathroom, with a blind you could close and open only from outside the bathroom, so there was no privacy, and the bathroom door had no lock and didn't close fully. The beds were comfortable, although very small. The people were very nice and helpful, but overall is wasn't a very positive experience.
We had an event in ballroom and they forced us to pay to PSAV company three times more than what it worth for Audio system and projector. It is not fare at all. they ask for $250 only if you want to have another company or yourself bring our own equipment and did not let you to use the built in speakers!!! Paid around $1000 for what we could have them $250.
The staff behavior and food quality was excellent though.
Very clean, very friendly and courteous staff. Awesome Location, lots within walking distance. The lobby restaurant was great too Check-in a little later than most places (3pm) but no complaints.
