Very nice, pleasantly surprised by the nice suite. Great for a family of 5, located in the bustling west end, tons of restaurants etc. Friendly staff.

Very homely and a comfortable place to sleep. The hotel also is very secure, which is great, especially since the area is quite a bit scary at night.

Nicely renovated hotel, inside and out. Rooms are very nice and well decorated. My family had a comfortable stay, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a small window air conditioner in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the main area to cool the room. There's also a small stacked washer and dryer in the closet of the room. Full sized fridge and electric stove, and a microwave oven. Very close to Stanley Park and near lots of restaurants and a Safeway grocery store.

Great hotel with wonderful staff willing to go the extra mile. The hotel is actually a repurposed apartment building, so the rooms are nice and spacious and sport full kitchens. No real lobby though for this reason, but the check in process is efficient anyway. Room was clean, and the hotel is situated in a quiet residential block surrounded by tons of restaurants and cafes. Great place to be based out of to explore Vancouver.

Great location and the most affordable (non air bnb) accommodations we could find in Vancouver. The suites were originally appartments, so they offer a lot more room and sensible layouts. Location is great, five minutes from Stanley Park. Everything was very clean, great linens. Bed wasnt the most comfortable, but thats mostly a matter of preference. Will stay here again on our next trip.

We are repeat visitors to Times Square Suites, stayed again last weekend and found the experience the same as usual " second to none". The staff are very helpful and friendly, the suite is perfect for our needs, location is close to all amenities, thanks again for a great weekend.

Loved this place. Great suite, Safeway opposite so easy to buy and self cater - they even have a BBQ on the roof! Easy walking distance to Stanley park and downtown. Helpful staff. You could not ask for more; excellent value. Thanks Times Square!

Perfect! They checked us in at 9am, even though our check in wasn't until 3pm. They gave us a free bottle of wine because it was our honeymoon. The suites are huge, and very tasteful. Great location, friendly staff. Couldn't ask for anything more in an accommodation!

Stayed here this past weekend for my friends birthday. Absolutely horrible customer service. Reception staff was super rude and unprofessional. Not very welcoming and felt like he was annoyed with me. For the high price you pay for 1 night, I excepted a warm welcome and some sort of professionalism. Room itself was alright, but the experience with the staff will make me want to never return. Lots of other options in Vancouver
