We stayed three nights at Best Western Coquitlam Inn Convention Centre and could not have asked for a better experience. The rooms were clean and well appointed, just as advertised. The front desk staff were ALL friendly, helpful and willing to offer suggestions for nearby attractions. ANYTHING we approached the front desk about was handled effortlessly and professionally. Whatever Management is doing at this hotel could serve as a teaching model for all others!!! Thank you for making our family visit and the experiences of both rooms so incredibly special.

Suite was beautiful. Clean . Well equipped with everything I might need. Jacuzzi tub awesome. Service wonderful. Staff wonderful. Food wonderful. Would definitely stay again. Oh yes coutyard with pool and hot tub beautiful as well. Enjoyed both.

The best Best Western hotel we have stayed at yet! Extremely friendly, professional and caring staff. Very clean rooms and atrium is beautiful. Get food and service! Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again soon!

In general our experience at this hotel was good. The service provided by both hotel and restaurant personnel was courteous and pointed, although a bit short-staffed. The food and beverages provided in the restaurant were enjoyed by the whole family (from baby to senior).
The décor of the hotel is quite unique and well-appointed, the reception area is welcoming and comfortable. Facilities include workout room, spa, sauna, interior swimming pool and hot tub to which some ground floor rooms have direct access. The latter facilities are surrounded by a myriad of indoor plants, bushes and reflecting pools.
The only downside to our stay is the knowledge that the hotel is slated for demolition in late 2018.response / report this review -

A wonderful property. Indoor swimming pool, spa and sauna as well as the fitness center all surrounded by plants. Very inviting atmosphere. The Staff is great and extremely helpful. Great value for the money. Breakfast service was excellent and well managed. Everything worked in my room and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, an outstanding experience and a property I will visit next year when I visit in August.

I have never stayed at the best western plus but I have been there many times as part of my job. It's a very clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It's located right in between Burnaby, Coquitlam, and New West and easily accessible. I would recommend it to anyone that needed a place to stay in or near any of those three areas

Rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is very pretty and well kept. Was staying at the hotel because my sister was having surgery, and the hotel had medical rates for our stay, which was very much appreciated. (rates other wise are very high :( ) A little disappointed that the resteraunts attached are permanently closed though. Would recommend this hotel.

Very accomadating staff. Offers to help with luggage to second floor room. My partner said thank you and yes to help with luggage to save his knees. This was day 12 of hotel stays through out western Canada. They then rearranged rooms to have us on main floor and offered to bring in luggage. Very helpful by all staff we came across during two day stay.

We spent a night in this hotel while visiting Vancouver. The hotel felt very clean and modern. The middle of the hotel was amazing with tons of vegetation and water features. There was a nice pool in the hotel and the staff made sure that visitors honored the pool hours to keep the hotel quiet in evenings and mornings. The hotel also had a restaurant with big menu and a full bar. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds modern and comfortable. I would have preferred more plugs by the bed side for charging devices. The location is also just 5 minutes away from a nice big mall.

After a mix up with booking the quickly accommodated us and got it sorted out. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Pool is nice and kids loved it. It closes at 9. For the price it is perfect. Would definitely come again.

Always a good experience. Staff always goes out of their way to ensure you are happy with your room. Always our first choice when travelling to Vancouver for work, even if it results in a bit more of a drive.

Went for a conference here. Firsr general thought was that parking sucked, but turns out they have a ton of parking on the side. Decent space to have 60+ in a room.

Excellent location. Clean. Friendly staff. Great if you like firm mattresses. Overall excellent place. Just don't be surprised by poor lounge service.

Cozy place with great staff. Traffic sucks but that's Vancouver's fault! Hos has a nice little atrium thing connecting the rooms; swimming pool and a garden inside.
