Nice hotel. Kuerig fridge and microwave make staying here very comfortable. Good restaurants and stores walking distance

Holiday Inn is one of the best looking hotel I have ever seen in Vancouver. And has best staff and people. Like the way they treat customer. I wish I can spend my all time there. Super thing is my fav grouse mountain is just few km away. Strongly recommend .

This hotel is so clean and amazing. The property and area are beautiful! A but of a drive from proper Vancouver but totally worth it!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel! The rooms are very clean, and functional, the bedding and matresses are super comfortable too. The kids used the sofa bed and said that was comfortable as well. The indoor pool is clean and well maintained, no chemical odours, though the seating could be a little more comfortable. Room service was prompt and tasted great. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Rose is a fantastic manager. Very nice hotel with plenty of parking. Been there many times and the ivy just gets more beautiful. Very convenient and close to all amenities which is great for a family in a suite with a kitchen. The pool, hot tub and sauna are always clean. The gardens were spectacular, and the bar and restaurant in the lobby were first class all the way. At one time we had trouble finding for a taxi to go see the fireworks at English Bay. I called the front desk and within minutes I was told it was ready. The fellow at the front desk simply said if we could not find a taxi coming back just to call him. Very nice staff.

Pantry restaurant dinners are tasty and fresh. Staff and meals improved noticable around early 2016. We had reduced our visits a few years ago but after my parents noticed the changes we returned and the meals and staff were great. Good variety of dishes be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Kids and senior menus,

Clean rooms that don't feel cramped, and location is fairly quiet. Staff are always friendly when they see you. Accessible room was good size, LOTS of grab bars in the washroom.

Staff is very friendly, room clean, good water preasure, Internet is fast, kind of hard to find your way out and back on the highway, surrounding restaurants are nice but expensive. Tv is alright but no free on demand content.

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas (plus it was snowing outside). The staff was pleasant to deal with. Our room was upgraded (for being a platinum rewards member) and was spacious and clean.
