A pretty big airport but when we found ourselves a little confused people were so helpful that it helped take the stress out of travelling. I've been to many airports around the world and this is in my top 5 to fly from.

Where do I start? We couldn’t find the parking entrance to begin with. When going at night, it’s almost impossible to find, not well lit. The lobby is nice. As for the rooms, marks all over the walls, the shower had stains and such on the ceiling, the toilet never stopped running. One of our beds was so used it would squeak whenever you moved, and it was smaller than our other one. It just seemed they took a very old building, did a bad paint job, and put some modern furniture in. We also got charged twice, which on top of the stay, didn’t help. Also, the doors don’t shut properly. They charge $13/day for parking in the smallest lot I’ve ever seen. They should not leave this on the Coast’s reputation, they should just make it a motel 6. I guess for a layover hotel by the airport, it wouldn’t seem so bad. But staying there for a weekendthe Accent Inn over the bridge was way better than this!

Decent place for a long layover. Clean and quiet. A bit long in the tooth and will probably need a renovation in a few years, but still serviceable.

Staff aren't the friendliest, but efficient and professional. But do you care? Is this Club Med, or a refuge from airport couches?

I needed to be close to the airport and this hotel was very close. Staff was helpful and polite. I arrived early and was accommodated. Clean room. Not a fancy place but I had no complaints. Free airport shuttle service much appreciated.

you know whats kind of dumb? advertising that your a pet friendly hotel but not actually having pet friendly rooms. if you only have 1 pet friendly room in the entire building that doesn't exactly promote a friendly atmosphere.

Descent stay, but lack of breakfast and coffee in the morning was a bummer. We were offered a free pickup from the airport, which is only 10 min away, but it took 45 min-1 hour to get picked up. Not bad all in all, but a few tweaks could have made this a better stay.

I stayed here for two non-consecutive nights, and all I can really say is that it's sort of kind of sufficient. The first room had a broken shower, which we didn't notice until the morning when we tried to use it. The second room had a toilet that become increasingly inefficient at flushing. I know everything in Vancouver is way too expensive, and you're probably tempted to go with the cheap option, but for your own sake, spend a few more dollars elsewhere.

Updated furnishings with lots of plug-ins for power and usb. 5 star comfort bedding. Though some rooms noisy, most have been very quiet, as in no overnight sounds through ceiling or walls. Decent breakfast from White Spot in lobby. Hotel is most convenient for getting to the airport. When arriving expect some delays during peak period. Though staff manage the desk well.

Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The cost was reasonable. Front staff were helpful. Close to airport. The shuttle was a bit of a rough ride - but hey you can't really complain if its free.

Great service and start was very helpful. Close to bus line and quiet despite proximity to highway. White Spot restaurant in hotel too which is a BC favorite. Good value.

Nice room, great beds, and overall very clean. Had free WiFi, a TV, and a shuttle to the airport. Attached is a White Spot which is very convenient.

Stayed here on new year's Eve during a storm. Service was HORRIBLE!! So many complaints from customers in the time we were in the lobby. They say it's under reno, but I don't think it is. I got the feeling that the reno signs were a way to justify (or distract from) the fact that the place is falling apart. Walls were full of holes, it smelled funky, and it was just a dump. Lobby looked nice, though.

High traffic area. Rooms are a tad loud if you're a really light sleeper. Beds were comfy. Wifi is solid. Only 10 minute cab ride from the airport or free shuttle every half hour. White Spot restaurant attached. Good food and beer.

Everything was fine we appreciated the wake up call at 4:00 a.m.
and the shuttle ride to the airport at such an early hour. The room was
adequate for our needs, clean and was ready for early occupancy which
helped us immensely. A young lady who was working on the desk her name was Aligah went out of her way to take us to the Casino to and explained to us how to get back. She was very pleasant and was a good
driver on the busy road. If we travel back this way again we would stay here again. Larry & Jessie
