No, wouldn't stay again or recommend. Pros: Staff were super-polite and helpful, breakfast was standard, free parking and all day coffee in lobby. Otherwise, pass!

There was no bathtub, no shelves in showers, no lock (or even latch!) on the bathroom door. Due to poor design, when the bathroom light is one. A bright beam of light shines out into the room. Shower glass door sealed shut on the faucet-end, so you have to stand in the spray to turn it on /adjust (not good with kids!). No closet (just a wardrobe), no suitcase rack (and no room for one), no fridge or microwave. King study room was tiny once the sofa bed was pulled out - barely enough room to walk around. Over-priced at over $200 a night. Would have just stayed in a double Queen for less.

They're overly-fond of the new 'digital key' - they have it on the elevator and lobby washrooms. Having it on the elevator is silly since it's not really a security feature - the two (outdoor) stairs weren't locked or secured at all, allowing unhindered access to all floors, so it was a pointless hassle. At least the staff were very accommodating about making regular room keys whenever necessary.

It's under renovation, which I wish I'd known at the time of booking, but it was notable that several fire escape 'areas of refuge' landing areas that explicitly stated do not store items were filed with construction supplies and tools, such as drywall sheets and at least one table/circular saw.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, although they were a little dated. Free parking and breakfast though. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area

All the staff were extremely friendly, especially the airport shuttle driver. The room was generally clean, but the carpets were very old, I didn't want to walk barefoot on them. The hotel is undergoing renovations so the bathrooms are quite nice.

Very nice for the price. Breakfast is very nice and filling. Very nice staff. No water in the vending machine in my floor. The vending machines that have water only takes coins.

Quiet and clean enough, but still kinda pricey. It was nice that they have coffee and tea by the elevators. Nice front staff. Bathroom was fine, enough hot water and pressure. They are renovating, which is good because it needs it in terms of nicked walls and grout, but it was not uncomfortable or loud. We didn't get the breakfast because we had to leave too early for a flight.

Nice interior, with big rooms. Not the best parking but we didn't have a problem finding space. My son was able to take his breakfast up to the room which was nice. We were in Vancouver for a marathon and they gave us late check out until 1pm. Thank you very much!

Short 1 night stay only. Standard busy free breakfast but in small self-service space with limited toaster or waffle capacity so you have to allow extra time if you want those. Friendly and efficient staff with visible security guard. Room OK but heat left off left the room cold in February on entry. Bed mattress cover under sheets was torn and bunched up, but fixable. Airport shuttle van is shared with Best Western hotel guests. I would return for another good room rate.

Maybe 2 stars is a little harsh but although we had a pleasant enough stay, it also wasn't up to usual Hilton / Hampton Inn standards. To their credit, they are in the middle of renovations to improve it but it didn't help us on our trip. The great thing about the hotel was that the staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. On the flip side, much of the breakfast food wasn't up to the usual standards And those are pretty low to start with for the free Hampton breakfast. The potatoes and eggs were dry Yes, dry scrambled "eggs". Normally I quite enjoy their breakfast! Waffle was fine As were some of the other tidbits. Ice machines were broken on most of the floors and the whole place was a little dated. Finish renovations and they would move up to a three star review Make the main part of breakfast edible and it would be up to a four star review. I don't have high expectations but they could definitely do better!

We spent a night at the Hampton Inn after seeing the Louis ck show in Vancouver and I thought the hotel staff were friendly, the continental breakfast was really great! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, a waffle maker, all kinds of cold breakfast options, coffee, tazo tea, I was surprised at how much they had to offer for breakfast! The king size bed was a little uncomfortable but not too bad. The room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived after 11pm. And check out wasn't until 12, which was nice, allowed us to sleep in, go down for breakfast and get ready without a rush. Very nice stay!

Arrived late night after attending a event in Vancouver. No parking anywhere, but after checking in, security guard led us to a gated area with a few spots. Room was fine for the price, but 1 issue which was that the tack strip for the carpet was exposed at the bathroom door, I noticed it before injuring myself, but had I stepped on it without shoes, it would have been quite painful. The breakfast was surprisingly good, much better than expected. The eggs were a bit weird, but the waffle maker made up for it.

Also noticed a couple of safety issues outside. We stayed there in mid December, just after our first child snap. The area where we parked had clearly not been shoveled, plowed or salted, and the ground was almost solid ice. As we arrived well after dark, it made for a very interesting walk back to the hotel. Also, when leaving in the morning I noticed that large portions of the sidewalk around the hotel had not been cleared and also had large patches of ice, creating another major slipping hazard.

Well one adventure around the world to the next I have run into a plethora of people. The folk that work here are different. Incredibly kind, compassionate, and emphatic. From the time I called for a shuttle and Sharon answering with such kindness and helping with every need, Tony giving me all the insight possible, and to Quinn who helped me out while I waited around. Great people. Makes the difference. And this place is super clean.
