Amazing place. Stayed there for a night. Would definitely recommend this place. Lots of nearby amenities.

Stayed here overnight on Aug 30th 2017. My family and I were going to Mexico the next day the hotel provided a free shuttle service for us. I booked the room because both myself and my mom had a doctor's appointment nearby and myself husband and son were flying out of Pearson international in the middle of the night. The hotel was very accommodating clean and comfortable. We stayed there until we had to leave for the hotel and they provided a free shuttle service to the airport and the next morning my mom enjoyed a hot breakfast before she drove back to London. They were reasonably priced too. We would definitely recommend them and stay there again.

Reservation wasn't at the front desk so they upgraded the room for free. Great breakfast. Room was large and clean. Helpful staff.

Dusty, earwig in my sheets, spider and webs in the ceiling corner, small and oddly shaped shower tub, a bit outdated. The WiFi was incredibly slow and there was an odd musty smell when I walked in
Aside from that, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby and food area was fancy and very clean. The entire outside of my room experience was great, but my actual room experience left something to be desiredresponse / report this review -

It's nice that there's a shuttle service; going from hotel to airport is generally fine. Getting picked-up from the airport is a bit hit & miss: there are many shuttles and it's not very clear which one is for which hotel. Wait times are variable, over 40 minutes in my case.
The setup for breakfast is a bit of a gong show and chaotic.
Note that there's very little around this area in terms of food options. Staff were all nice and friendly enough.response / report this review -

Worst. Shuttle. Service. Ever!
Arrived at Toronto Pearson at around 11pm, called the hotel immediately upon arrival and it took them an hour and 30 minutes to come pick us up. We called 2 more times while waiting, and the second time we called they said they would find out what's going on and call us back, but they never did. The third time we called they had no clue about the previous phone calls, but they would dispatch a shuttle and it would arrive in 20 minutes, but even then it took about 40 minutes. Really, really, really bad service.
The hotel itself is fine. The room is clean and nice, breakfast is fine. Nothing too fancy, but good enough.
If you're just going for the hotel it's fine but if you want a shuttle from the airport I highly suggest you find a diffeent hotel.
Hotel itself would have gotten 4 stars, but the shuttle lost them 2 stars.response / report this review -

Location was easy to find, rooms were clean and comfortable with good amenities, and service was nice especially given the price. No complaints from us and the 40 people we travelled with. Would certainly recommend if you want a cheap and clean hotel.

The staff was great! They gave my kids crayons and cute little notepads to color with. Free shuttles to and from the airport. They have a park and fly deal. Good breakfast.

I spent the weekend in this hotel with my partner and found it quite pleasant. The single bed room we had was of a decent size, the bathroom was nicely sized too. The hotel itself was clean and provided a decent amount of parking, both for guests of the hotel and for visitors. The hotel provided a hot breakfast in the morning which was a nice touch and there was even a small gym available to guests. Definitely will look into booking here again.

My wife and I stayed here waiting to pock our son and his fiance up from a red eye flight. The staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean. My only complaint would be that the bed was a little harder than I would like. But at the budget price, I would stay again.

My husband and I stayed on December 13, 2016 before an early morning flight the following day. Check in was a breeze, the staff were very friendly and accommodating - helping us to arrange a wake up call and pick up time for the complementary airport shuttle.
The room we stayed in had a small fridge where we could keep the two bottles of complementary water we were provided at check in. The room had a king bed, and the was clean. The room also had a sliding door our to the parking area. While the hotel states it is 100% smoke-free, because of the sliding doors those that do smoke can step outside to do so. We did see a few guests who kept the sliding door open while they smoked which caused the hallways nearby on the inside of the hotel to smell of smoke. Our room however did not smell of smoke, only the main hallway.
The hotel is a quick walk (less than 10 minutes by taking the road though the car dealerships) to a few nearby chain restaurants (Kelsey's, Montana's, Subway). Most were open until 11:00 PM so we were able to go over to have a drink and a late bite to eat after getting settled. We also saw that other guests had ordered in food (pizza and Chinese) to be delivered to their hotel room.
Breakfast was included as part of our stay. Due to our early flight we thought we would be up too early to have breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised that everything except the hot dishes were put out before 6:00 AM. We were able to enjoy juice, coffee, tea, bagels, and pastries. There was also yogurt, cereal, and toast available, but that we did not have. Jam, peanut butter, margerine, and whipped butter were available. Much to my dismay, there was no cream cheese for the bagels.
The shuttle was on time and we got to the airport with plenty of time to make our flight.
All in all, a great hotel for what we needed.response / report this review
