Would give this place zero stars if I could. Do NOT book here if you are booking with a team. Tried booking 2 teams with a reservation block of 20 rooms confirmed by the hotel, and upon trying to book these rooms to individual athletes we were not able to book all of the blocked off rooms. As a result, most of our athletes had to cancel reservations and book elsewhere. Even though cancellation confirmations were received the hotel still charged for the stay and will not issue a refund. One of our athletes who reserved a room showed up to have the front desk have no record of the reservation. Customer service is awful, staff are rude and extremely unhelpful, will try to say the manager isn't in. Will never try booking with this hotel and/or affiliates again. Brutal service.

Very close to the airport. Shuttle is 24/7 and works really well. Very friendly staff. Room is large and comfortable but a little too dark.

Would never stay here again. You can tell right away by looking at the carpet. It is the original and it is dirty. The entire hotel had a bad smell. Should have known when the shuttle picked us up. It smelled horrible just like the hotel. Sorry I have to give it one star.

Convenient location, yes. Not great service, over priced for what you get. I stayed here and for $129 before taxes, paid $5 to park my vehicle (because that’s not included in the cost of the room). But what is included is the a swath of long red hair, not just a few strands but a large hank of hair in the shower on the shelf for shampoo. Also at no extra cost, mouse bait and dirty utensils in the night stand. Their idea of cleaning it up was taking a piece of toilet paper and wiping the hair away. I did get a $20 reduction on the bill but the yuck factor was priceless. The bed was not comfortable the linens looked clean though. Lots of marshmallow sized pillows and slow counter service at the front desk. All in all a very underwhelming experience.

Staff and service was great, room was satisfactory. Free airport shuttle bus was really helpful! Only complaint would be the very loud air con. Wasn't expecting a quiet night due to airport proximity, but air con was the worst! Other than that, a completely fine airport hotel!

A decent place to stay for a few nights. Clean enough. Comfortable beds. Quick access to the highway to get to the airport.

Located really close to the airport with free shuttle transport service though you may need to call the hotel to send it. Staff where really friendly and helpful. We arrived at 11pm not having had dinner due to time changes so hotel helped us order pizza which was delivered to the room. The room itself was basic but clean and comfortable. There was one plane that landed at about midnight which was really loud but it was the only one and since all thev airport hotels are near by, you'd get that in any of them so I'd rather pay less and put up with it.

The Carlingview is a no frills hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable while the staff is prompt and friendly. The "breakfast" quality knocked off a star though; it was pretty much just coffee, tea and a few pastries. If breakfast isn't important, then disregard that. There's also a decent cafe next door.

Decent hotel and fair price. It is a little older styled but the rooms are a good size and the mattresses were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the location is conveniently located near the airport. There are some nice restaurants and a coffee shop right next to the hotel so you can walk there. The reason for the two stars is because the room was a little dirty. There were blood stains on the comforter and sheets and a little bit of fecal matter was smudged on the rear side of the toilet seat.I assume this waa just shoddy work from a maid who didn't do a thorough cleanse. I suggest to thoroughly inspect your room for settling in.

Conveniently located to the airport. Decor maybe a bit dated however very clean. Shuttle to airport was prompt and on time. Dispensers in bathroom is great as it promotes less waste.

First time stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bonus, being able to pay with debit and a cash deposit, as I don't have a credit card, and not being treated like a weirdo because of it. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use any of the amenities, so I can't comment on them but I would definitely stay there again.

Note this is not the fanciest hotel you can stay at.
The four star rating is for the staff and the price.
The hotel is in a fairly good location relative to the airport and at have the cost of a number of other much more modernized hotels.
The staff were super friendly up greeting and very helpful.
The rooms are dated but they are clean and smell fine.
The windows and walls are not insulated great, as airplane noise was a bit of a bother but nothing substantial.
The fixtures in the bathroom were good but there was a bit of damage to the caulking in some areas which was not appealing.
There is plenty of Entertainment near by and a shuttle to the airport.
This place is much more value for money than any other hotel nearby.
