Convenient location and good included breakfast. Wifi is spotty at night. Staff are all great. Love the paper cups.

Decent check in, not the warmest reception, transactional experience but sometimes that's a simple good thing when it's business as usual.
Hotel was well kept, property clean with ample parking space, facilities as expected at a Hampton, one of the ones I would say.response / report this review -

Excellent! Pleasant stay!
Very good location. Polite and helpful staff, Clean and quiet room, excellent service, Great hot breakfast, fast internet access.
This is our first trip to Canada and stay about 3 weeks. Awesome! We very enjoyed our stay at this Hampton. It’s like a home and very comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful for all the time. So delicious breakfast prepaid by Ms Shamiza, very nice lady and warm hospitality. She’s so kind and we like her very much. Cold/hot water, coffee and fruits are always available in the lobby. When we checked out at early morning 4:30am, we quite surprised that they prepared snack and mineral water for packed breakfast.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Clean room , everything in good condition, good breakfast included. Pool, lounge , small gym. Free coffee and fruit out. Great place to stay! Its not super fancy but it's very nice indeed. Great price.

Quite area but as close as you can get to the QEW. Rooms are very spacious but that's about all the hotel offers; everything is self-service, even taking your bags up to your room.

The Hampton inn was the perfect place to stay when wanting to visit Toronto. Close enough to get into the city, but far enough that the nights stay is cheaper. It is clean and the staff are very helpful and freindly.

It's kind of way out but not a bad location. An absolute beautiful view of downtown Toronto and the distance. Rooms are generally clean could use some updating in the bathrooms and other places in the room. Even though my check in was complicated ,Neil made it easy. Because of the way the room was booked this why on my end. Neil continued to impress with his professionalism knowledge and kindness. I'd give that extra star if it had a better workout room and some more updating. Wish I could see my view more though it's been raining most of the time I've been here." Do not recommend this Hotel. As Front desk persons are not being nice. Also booked a hotel through Central location, they made a mistake in my first and last name and booked 2 room instead on 1. They charged me unnecessarily for one room even though I did not even stay And moreover when I checked in they did not even informed that they booked 2 room under my name. And when I was checking out they informed me that they are charging me for 2 room. When I asked , they told me to call central location to resolve this issue as they can't help and even central location don't want to help because they don't do call monitor while booking hotel. Same day I was at hotel for almost 2 hours after check out and they told us to resolve my issue in 72 hours. When I called after 5 days , they told me that they can't help me out.
I totally disappointed with hotel management because central location representative told me that hotel needs to resolve this issue but hotel management said that it's not their fault.
Not going this Hotel again. Do not even recommend to book hotel through central location because they made a mistake and customer has to pay as per their hotel policy.response / report this review -

At least a 4 star property! It is clean and neat and rooms ave very spacious. Our daughter and son-in-law booked 2 rooms for the weekend, so we have grandkids with us.too.

Room was ready upon arrival and reception was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again. The location is close to many eating spots and conveniently close to the 403 highway.

Rooms were clean. Hotel staff was very friendly. I like that they had cold water and coffee always available in the lobby. Breakfast pretty good.
