I attend a scrapbooking workshop here 2 -3 times a year. Friendly staff. Very accommodating.

This is a decent facility wheb you need somewhere to rest your head for a night. I did not get the smoking room I booked, but they were able to put me on the ground floor with a patio door on the room. The rooms are simple and clean and check in and out were straightforward.

Was cleaning the windows not too far at a bug Owasco Dealership. The staff was polite and we'll mannered as they ought to be. The front desk staff wasnt quite as well-read as I would have liked and didn't have much to say on the recent political affairs of our "southern neighbours"; hence the 4 star rating. Superb breakfast though, it'll knock you socks clean off.

Hall way had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Key cards did not work majority of the time. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Swimming pool had to much chlorine in it.

A nice hotel with attentive staff members. They were actively trying to make my stay easier. They have a pool and a hottub. They offer a nice breakfast. They are located just outside the downtown core of Oshawa, however restaurants are situated at a comfortable distance from the hotel. Easy to get to from the 401.

Every Time I come into Durham region I stay here at the travel lodge Whitby location. The staff is always greeted me very kindly and was very knowledgable about the area and things to do and see. The pool and hot tub area are very clean and fun to use. The breakfast is good and has something for everyone. Some of the rooms are under renovation as this is an older location but for the price and hospitality it is a definite stay for me.

Stoped there last min the staff was great .rooms were cleen .only thing was we were on the 3 floor and with work hoing on all smoking rooms were taken be the workers and the stars were a bit scary. But over all id send anyone that need s good night sleep to stay there .

The staff is the reason the hotel is getting 3 stars. They are amazing. Kind. Friendly. Helpful. The hotel deserves 1 star. It is under renovations. That's great. But not for us now. I would have been ok with the renovations if we would have received a SIGNIFICANT discount on our 2 night stay and if the renovations would not have impacted our use of the pool. We will look forward to trying the Travel Lodge in the future when the renos are completes.

Clean room. Great amenities . Our room was a little dated but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was great waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bread station ect. Pool was great. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating for my toddler. Great stay!
