Very quiet area, rooms are good size and comfortable. They had mouthwash and the breakfast included had a waffle machine. Very pleased with my stay, definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a very clean, comfortable place to stay after a long day of traveling. The room and especially the bed were extremely comfortable. The check in and check out processes were both very quick and the complementary airport shuttle (less than 10 min ride) left exactly in time in the morning and got me where I needed to go. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through Toronto.

Best Western Experience is always great. They are fast, efficient, consistent, professional, friendly, clean, and accommodating. They have the most amenities for the best price, and their rooms always make you feel at home. I would recommend that you book with Best Western always! Front desk was so helpful and even upgraded us to a spectacular room. Hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable and nice and quite. Just what we wanted. We did the park and stay and the parking was easy and close. The shuttle to the airport there and back was on time (very fast) and polite drivers and wonderfully helpful. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I will be returning for sure.

I stay one night with my family at that hotel. The service was good. The room was clean and contain a microwave which is good when travelling with a baby. The breakfast was correct. It's a continental breakfast so nothing incredible but it was good. Just enough to start your day on vacation. I would stay again at that hotel.

We arrived at Toronto Airport at night, and were pleased to have a complimentary shuttle service from the hotel. The driver was prompt, polite, and conversational. The Shuttle itself was quite clean. The driver was efficient. Arriving at the hotel we were pleasantly greeted and quickly registered. The hotel room was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast room was also clean, and served hot and cold items. There were staff to help in every way. The shuttle service was offered the next morning per hour, and we were returned promptly to the airport. Overall, a good experience.

Excellent location and exceptional service and quality make this an above average hotel. The on demand airport shuttle is efficient. The breakfast is ample and well presented. Rooms are spacious. Staff are extremely pleasant. It is an above average 'airport hotel' experience and well worth considering for any Toronto visit.

Great service and comfort from start to finish. We needed disability accommodation for an older person with mobility difficulties and they met our needs well. Great bed/pillows, quiet and clean room, good breakfast, reception, etc. I'd recommend this place if you need to be close to the airport. The shuttle is free and came within 5 minutes. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. THANKS!

After airport shuttle pickup the ride to the hotel was brief. Check in was swift and I was in my room in 10 mins. As I had arrived at midnight and left at 5:00 the next morning I did not get the chance to use any of the in room amenities but the room was huge and very clean. I was not at the hotel for the provided breakfast but at the front desk there was juice, water, fruit, breakfast bars and coffee. Very friendly staff. Would stay again if in the area.

Hotel is very modern and up to date. We had a king bed that was extremely comfortable and had awesome fluffy pillows. Bathroom was far nicer than most other similar priced hotels we've stayed in. Not a single complaint with our stay !

I am still staying at the hotel when I write this review. This is my fourth night of a five night stay (check-in January 16, 2017; check-out January 21). Having never stayed at a 'Best Western Hotel' before I found the experience shocking enough to post my first ever TripAdvisor review. First, the pros: the room (I am staying in room #334) is spacious.
The cons: the bedsheets are worn out and are yellowish. And like everything in the room, the sheets are not replaced until you put in a request. The blanket/duvet is threadbare. Since I checked in three days ago, I haven't seen a new bar of soap; the paper cap in the room is down to one. The bath tab has never been cleaned. I had to go to the front desk this morning to file a complaint.
The used paper cup that I left in the washroom was still there when I returned to my room at the end of the day. The shower is anemic; the water has no pressure. Many businesses use ‘environmental responsibility’ to their benefits, but this one has gone too far.
The breakfast is pathetic. The egg hardly tests like egg, and the orange juice from the machine has little orange in it. The coffee from the coffee machine is watered-down.
There are many good hotels near the airport. Next time, I will pay a little bit more and stay at one them.response / report this review
