Very nice and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. The front desk agent wasn't very friendly upon arrival. However the rest of our stay was nice

Wi-Fi and hard wired connection is a joke. I have several devices, none can actually hold a connection to their fully 'open' wifi. When it does the speed is like dial-up.
Thier $9.95 valued breakfast (included for guests ) is a bowl fruit some coffee and toast. Big push to upgrade another $5.00 so you can have an egg/perhaps a slice of bacon.
The mini fridge in the room does not have a freezer
It's unfortunate, the hotel is very nicely designed, could be a nice place if they'd take care of a few details.response / report this review -

Front desk employees don't seem very enthusiastic or welcoming. Cleaners are are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Overall for the price, it was good.

Went here for dinner it's kind of a Hong Kong style western food steakhouse. Food was above average and pretty tasty. On the weekends there is karaoke and a singer but there is a surcharge of 3 per dish.

Great inn, with nice water fountain at the front. Was here for an event and parking was easy to find. Located close to highway and has great food selection all around. Place was kept clean and was greet in a professional manner.

I stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding in Toronto with my boyfriend for 2 nights over the weekend. When we first walked into the room there was a slight musty smell which I assume was due to the air conditioner not being on so the room was a bit humid. However, the room was clean and there were fresh towels, soap, lotion, and shampoo in the bathroom. There was also a tea/coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and a hair dryer. Our tv had a large scratch in the screen which was a little distracting however we weren't in the room much anyway. The hotel was close to many stores and restaurants.
They served breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant and breakfast was free with tea, coffee, pastries and fruit. You could upgrade for $5 and get eggs and home fries.
Overall it was an alright stay for the price, but room for improvements.response / report this review -

The food at Monte Carlo inn was very delicious and was priced accordingly. The appetizer, dessert and drink combo justified the increased price for dinner. The lunch and special daily combos were a good incentive that made me desire to eat at the inn during another time of day.

Clean. Front desk is courteous. Free continental breakfast included in our stay. Jetted tub in room was relaxing. Unfortunately other guests were loud in the hall and kept us up. Not the hotels fault. But I don't think there is much soundproofing in the walls.
