Horrible experience trying to book a hotel room. Had to to clarify my name 6 times. The individual responsible for booking didn't even sound like they worked at the hotel. Honestly, massive headache. Almost lost my reservation and wasted at least 20 excruciating minutes on the phone.

The service desk was SUPER nice and very helpful. While checking in, they we great, making sure we got receipts and everything was organized. I also had an issue with pillows, the front desk clerk couldn't remember which was the cotton and which was used feathers. She called someone to ask/confirm which one was what, then got me 2 new cotton pillows. The room was pretty standard. The cleanliness of it was meh. It was clean enough but dusty.

What a high class hotel for being a holiday Inn express. I love what we ended up in. My family has young kids and I always worry about space and cleanliness. This hotel rocked both! We also enjoyed a great breakfast the two mornings we were there and the staff was very very helpful. The business center was the only suggestion I have for this hotel to fix. The computer seemed full of bloat and ads everywhere while I attempted to print my vouchers. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

Amazing experience nothing but positive vibes! The staff was friendly and very understanding when there was a minor misunderstanding! The managers were excellent at their job and extremely helpful couldn't have had a better stay 😊😊💯

Amazing still just checked out and my experience is always amazing! Friendly helpful staff and caring environment! Staying here is always fun.

I was at the holiday inn for a work training so we stayed on the main floor. The front desk was hospitable and friendly the few times I sought them. At one point the meeting room was too cold, but the staff were readily available to fix the issue. Had a decent time and holiday inn and would recommend others to host events here.

The hotel was pretty nice. We had thought we were only staying one night originally for a wedding but decided to come up a night early at the last minute. The hotel still gave us the same group rate we had originally received for the one night stay which was nice. The breakfast that was provided for free was much better than we were used to. It included eggs, sausage, bacon, breads, oatmeal, fruit, etc. My only complaint was that the pillows were a little too soft for me but when I asked, the staff gave me additional pillows at the front desk. Good stay overall.

The motel was not bad. Service was good. However, They over charged my credit card by mistake and it was a hustle to get the money back (I am still waiting). Advice not give your CC if your company is paying for the room. They will double dip by mistake (my case). then, they will say sorry, and you will wait weeks before getting the money back.

I was very very disappointed with my stay at this Hotel. Im going to go point form here as I think if I were to start describing the experience I would type on forever.
1. THE POOL IS DISGUSTING! I'd like to know the last time they actually cleaned the pool or even maintained it. The walls of the pool are covered in a dark scum that can be scraped off with you nails. When I saw this I immediately hauled my 5 year old little boy out of there! Ive never been to a hotel with a pool room in this type of deplorable condition. There were gobs of hair in the grates that outlined the pool!!!!
2. The floors of my entire floor were filthy, leads one to question the last time they saw a vacuum cleaner.
3. After rushing my Son up to shower off the Pool scum I turned the shower on in our room and found the shower head caked in residue so only half of the water would come out erratically! REALLY?!?!

This was a free nights stay for my Son and I while my house was being renovated thanks to our airmiles points. What a waste!!!! NEVER GOING BACK!

Upon arrival we quickly checked in and received our key cards. Our room was spacious and clean, bathroom spotless. Our hockey team played late so we grabbed a bunch of pizzas and we're graciously allowed to use the breakfast restaurant. The morning had a small breakfast buffet that was included. OJ coffee milk and other drinks along with muffins, yogurt ,pancakes and omelets. Only small problem was WiFi Internet was cut off in the morning when I awoke. Being that I had the room until 10am it should of stayed connected. So I could not use my lap top. All in all nice quiet clean place

It was a pretty satisfactory experience. Lots of pillows, comfy bed. The only constructive feedback would be regarding the washroom cleanliness. Not that it wasn't clean or sanitary but the vent was pretty dusty and the sink area was a little dingy. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. I was expecting some muffins and bagels but they had eggs, bacon, cereals, yogurt..Lots of good choices to start the day off. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at the Newmarket holiday Inn express and would definitely stay there again.
