It was clean and cozy and the staff were very kind. It is a little bit dated but maintained very well. I was impressed with the customer service. The people were very professional and everything was well-organized. I have stayed there twice due to late connecting flights from Istanbul. Both times service was awesome from this hotel.

Clean enough, but run down. If you need a bed to sleep in its fine, but I wouldn't want to hang out in here.

Also the elevators were malfunctioning and took me to a bunch of floors before the right one

The staff at the desk were honestly the friendliest people. My boyfriend was running back and forth to the car gathering things needed for checkout that he had forgotten. They kept me company, very kind and chatty, one girl even told me about her Jamaican dual citizenship and what flying with dual citizenship was like (we had been talking about my very first flight alone). Just extremely sweet people, made check-in fun and warm!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Wifi doesn't work, apparently they had a sign explaining it but someone removed it. Dirty elevators with food containers and napkins on the floor. Worn furniture, worn carpets, dirty lobby table I'm writing this near to get the internet to work. Beds are you probably can guess, lame, firm to the point where the floor seems appealing. How is is three star hotel and I'm not in Cuba is beyond me.

Not up to standards in terms of cleanliness. Hotel staff was friendly though. Some renovations could give it a 3.5 stars

I didn't mean to give this location a star at all. This hotel is dirty and disgusting. I stayed here when I was 24 yrs old I am 45 yrs old now. I live 10 mins away. I work as a Superintendent. I needed a break from the property i manage. I want to warn anybody traveling thru not to stay here. I repeat pass it like it's the plague.

Hotel was mostly fine, but WiFi was interminably down. I checked and other reviewers from a couple months back had the same experience. As an international traveler WiFi is very important to me, I would have not booked had I known it was unavailable (and I'd spoken with a hotel agent just the previous day). I would call and check to make sure it's available before booking.

Hotel wasn't really updated. Rooms were standard rooms. Was hoping for at least a flat screen but unfortunately not there yet. The staff was very pleasant and helpful!

A place like this with "Quality" on the side of the hotel reminds me of the Tommy boy quote "If you want I can take a dump in a box and mark Quality on it, All you are buying is the name. This describes my visit. They wanted to charge me $80 additional dollars for parking. Would not give breaks, saw that this looked like people were living here long term as well. Not the type of place you want to start or end your vacation at.

The people at the desk were so rude. Had so much attitude. Did not communicate much with the customers. If your going to be working in customer service you should have enough some form of respect for your clients. I stayed at this hotel because I was wanted to have my wedding party of 25 stay at this hotel for my wedding but that is definitely not going to happen anymore. I will not have my family and friends disrespected like I was. The only good thing about this hotel were the women in the restaurant and cleaners. You guys need to hire some new receptionist for your front desk, someone with some sense maybe. Absolute waste of time and waste of my money! Never ever ever again will I stay at a quality hotel & suites because those people turned me off from that chain.

I checked in close to midnight and there was a huge line, one clerk and a bunch of unsupervised children using a whistle. Good start. I was staying after a friend booked me a room using some rewards points just to get away for a night. There was supposed to be water and a snack. No water bottle, but a tiny granola bar was provided. The rooms heater didn't work in any fashion and the sheets were too thin to retain much heat. Closing the curtains helped a surprising amount, so I'm guessing the windows on the 11th floor aren't weatherproofed accurately. The toilet would essentially scream everytime it was flushed, and it continued for a minute at minimum. The location to local transit routes is pitiful as well, including the fact that the road entrance to the hotel is hidden in a bizarre way and there is no obvious footpath to the main roads without cutting through a very long parking lot or climbing over a hill and guard rail.

The room is ok but the lighting makes it feel pretty dark. The wifi was really bad. It took forever to get connected and often disconnected. The staff have been great, no complaints there. The check in was fast, friendly and informative. The breakfast was very tasty and the servers were very attentive.

The only significant good thing I can say about Quality Hotel and Suites is the staff were very nice and eager to help, despite our 2 am check in. The whole evening started with disappointment. My flight into Toronto was 12 hours late so I was provided with a night's stay. Along with a couple dozen other people, I waited for a shuttle to the hotel for over an hour. Every time we called the hotel, they said the shuttle would be there in 5 minutes. Once at the hotel, we were greeted by the pleasant staff. Check in was very quick. My flight the following morning was early so I requested a wake up call. I also set the alarm on the clock in my room. The wake up call did not occur and the alarm on the clock did not go off. Fortunately I also had set the alarm on my phone. The room itself, while clean, was very dated. I felt like I had just stepped back to the 80's. The edge of the vanity showed signs of decades old cigarette burns. The heat barely worked. I heard other guests complaining that the heat did not function at all. The thermostat was an old dial type. The shower was acceptable. It produced strong flow of hot water. Check out was as quick as check in. The shuttle back to the airport was punctual. At this point I was just grateful to be going home.

Rooms are lovely. Clean, large and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff are excellent. One quirk I arrived yesterday and today they put a lock on the window to prevent it being opened. Odd that. The shower is good. Large showerhead with good pressure. No being blasted in the face. Plenty of towels, too.
