I really do not know where to start.. Horrible location - not even remotely close to downtown Toronto, or anything in fact. Middle of nowhere location off the 401 in some "industrial" area. There is nothing within walking distance, where it is also probably not the best idea to really wander around. Super dodgy area. Staff members was actually quite nice. This hotel is actually a hazard, where the rooms were quite filthy from the unidentified color of the carpet to the shower and even the iron

You would see many comments about the elevators but really there is no way they passed any inspection recently. The elevator door managed to slam into my shoulder with enough force to actually bruise it at one point.

Didn't bother with free breakfast or drinks at the bar, as I just wanted to keep my stay there to a bare minimum.

This is more of a housing complex than a hotel where young children are running wild and causing a ruckus.

Please note that I am Gold Elite Club Carlson member, and has stayed in many Radisson (and other) hotels around the world, and this hotel was absolutely the worst experience of my life.

Double check your credit card after departureI had a random significant charge show up on my card (which was used only for check-in) ,which was manually processed at the hotel. Had to call them a few weeks later to get it reversed.. charge didn't show up on any invoice or anything. Didn't provide an explanation.

The HOTEL is okay (autocorrect changed "hotel" to "girl" -- oops). Feels a bit like a dormitory, and I am sure that it is being used as temporary housing, which means that there are other lot of people loitering about. No complaints though.

Convenient location, and easy access to 401. I have been using this hotel since 2005. The quality have been degrading since then. The owner / company do not seems to be spending money to keep the quality. It use to be free parking but now a days they are charging (since the last 4 years, if I remember correctly), I think this is acceptable but perhaps allow it to be free or small free for people staying at this hotel. The breakfast is also not the best these days. I would rather spend that money outside to have a good breakfast. For the reasons above, I’m giving 3* ratings.

I had visited the place for a pre construction launch. The place is pretty accessible by public transit, although a bit far if you are traveling from downtown. The reception was friendly, place was well kept.

Clean and well run hotel. I liked that they offered ceramic cups for coffee. I had a free breakfast included which I was glad to eat.

The Hotel needs some major updates like the bathrooms and the elevators. Housekeeping could be better. On the plus side the mattress was updated and that's what really counts is a comfortable bed. The staff were curious and occomodating

The lobby was spacious and bright. There were computers available with internet access in the lobby. The rooms were very modern. The only con is that I had a difficult time finding the room when I arrived on the floor. There were these faux walls that virtually made us walk in circles around the elevator lobby before being able to locate the correct hall to get to the room.

The service was really nice. Everything was prepared when we entered the room for the business meeting. One of the employees came in periodically to ask if everything was okay. Kind, fast and efficient service.

The view we had of the Toronto skyline was awesome, but everything else about the hotel was poor at best. Toilet leaked. Shower dripped. All of the furniture was old and out-dated. The hallways were dark. I've stayed in hotels that were less expensive that looked better and were maintained better.

Radisson is a 3 star hotel, located at Victoria Park and consumers road. It has approximately 210 rooms with about 5 banquet halls and two restaurants, one serving for buffet breakfast and the Le café restaurant serving from 5pm to 11pm. Let cafe restaurant has approximately 20+ dishes starting from Nachos, Prime Rib Burger, Poutine, Chicken wings to main courses such as Sirloin Steak, pan seared chicken, Penne Nepolitana. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a meeting room. The staffs are very courteous and hospitable. Would definitely keep visiting!

I booked 3 weeks in advance through an external website and paid in full for a double room. When I checked-in, Mr. Robin told me no double room with unfriendly tone. I told him that I booked and needed double bed. He suggested I shared the bed with my roommate. NO! if I plan to share the bed with my roommate, I would not book a double room! He forced me to take a room with a sofa pullout bed. Because I paid it in full. I had to take the room and accepted his nasty attitude. The bed does not have even surface (yes, the sleep number bed is not even and cannot be adjusted). I have to sleep on one side of the bed. There are missing pieces from the headboard, torn wall paper etc. I didn't bore to complain to the hotel directly due to the experience during my check-in. The only positive thing to mention, the breakfast was great! the staffs in Le Cafe were very friendly.

Located just off the 401 highway, easy to get to. The hotel is clean but a bit dated. The service is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spacious. All and all a good hotel to stay at.

Location was great, close to major highways and roads and restaurants. It's an old building with obvious renovations done (sometimes shabby). Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Toilet kept running and heating was not in our control (too hot). Lobby smelled like smoke from outside smokers but rest of hotel smelled fine.

Large comfy rooms, service was very nice, staff was very respectful and nice. The breakfast was amazing. Room was nice and clean fresh sense. Bathroom was very clean, and spotless. I had the best 2 nights sleep when i was at the Hotel that I haven't had in a very long time. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool or workout room, but I saw a glimpse and they looked really nice and clean as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. I just wish they had a bigger business center and not be right in the middle of the lobby. But that didn't even bother me. They had a microwave in the room, and a fridge which was great cause when I had left over room I got to keep it nice a cool and warm it up. Staff were super nice!
