Overall good experience.

Staff here is fantastic and the room is good. The location isn't the greatest but lots around if you are willing to drive a few minutes. Gym is okay as it only has the most basic and the pool is good for its size.

Breakfast is included and tastes great. I just wish it opened earlier then 630.

Enjoyable experience from day one. In this Service Economy, this place provides 5 STAR accomadations at an very reasonable price
The Free Breakfast has dozens of high quality selections. My only complaint was that I had to leave !!!

The hotel room was average space, but clean throughout. The bathroom was clean and the shower was well kept. However, the ceilings in the hallways were extremely short, to the point my head was touching it. The breakfast area is very small, and there was an extremely long lineup, due to the enormous amount of guests staying at the hotel.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The location is convenient for our purposes. Good parking. My only real criticism is the lack of vegan options at breakfast. Both days we were there the only hot option were meat (different kinds of sausages and bacon) and omlettes. Would it be so hard to offer some kind of potatoes (for example) every day?

Good price and not to far away from downtown Toronto. Rooms were clean and nicely sized. I was very happy with the price and quality. The best part is the free breakfast in the morning. Included in the breakfast is eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, juice, and muffins. Great place to stay and I would definitely come again.

It's an older building so the claiming this level wasn't as high as we would like. The morning breakfast was fairly good but we had much better. We also discovered that the neighborhood is not is safe is others in Toronto. We may stay there again if we can save 20 to 30% over other hotels. I hope this is helpful. Robert

Room was clean, breakfast filling, and staff friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when my phone rang about 30 minutes after checking in and it was the front desk confirming if everything was alright. That's the first time I've experienced this, but it was certainly appreciated.

Great place, holiday inn is always a guarantee it's gonna be exactly how it is. Clean rooms. Good service. Price is always decent. Even better if it's through hotwire.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was brutal. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with eggs bacon sausage, yogurt and more. Staff was pleasent and overall a good experience.

Very comfortable, pleasant stay. Staff were mostly attentive and helpful. Rooms were in the small side but very well furnished, including pillow-top mattresses, microwave, fridge, large televisions, and soft and firm pillows. I can't speak to the pool. Breakfast was diverse, warm, and filling.

This hotel really was nice enough for the price.

They offer US AAA as well as the Canadian car club discounts, which is awesome coming from the states!. It's a tad off the highway, but that makes it a nice quiet place to stop at. Breakfast here was really nice for a free continental surprisingly. Check in, even late at night was flawless, and as I said, it's pretty quiet if you're looking for a good nights sleep.

It's about 15 minutes from Canada's Wonderland theme park, so its close enough and yet far enough that its not an outrageous price! I believe it was under $70 (US) at the time. Rooms were comfortable, and clean.
