Amazing staff. Room layout was great. The pool was a little chilly but it was nice to have. Rooms were just what our group needed.

Great service, complimentary toothpaste was offered when I went to purchase a tube. A big bonus was that they offered hot chocolate as well as coffee, compliments of the house. I don't drink coffee! Room was clean and staff smiled, greeted guest. (All staff)

The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. Coffee in the morning was a nice touch in the lobby and the food service staff we're great. On the other hand the pool was over chlorinated and caused I irritation for myself and my kids also the pay-per-view option is not well protected against a child ordering without parental consent and when this was explained to the front desk they did not seem to care or we're not giving any power to do anything about it.

Everything was great except my check-in experience. I had travelled all day, including a 9 hour stay on an aircraft because we couldn't land due to weather. I had a little bit of a delay in getting my incidentals deposit together but the room was paid for and instead of acknowledging that and going the extra mile, the check-in clerk let me sit in the lobby for an extra half hour instead of letting me take that time to decompress in my room after a 13 hour day of travel. One great thing I would like to acknowledge was the breakfast waitress. She was very personable and made me feel very welcome.

The hotel is older and has not been renovated recently. But it's clean, and the rooms are fine. If you get the one-bedroom suite, you get tons of space (including a sofabed). Standard HGI amenities like microwave, etc. Service is very good here. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. Location is good if you are visiting the Highway 7 area. Right off where Hwy 7 and 404 meet. Very convenient to things. There are also tons of restaurants nearby, some walking distance.

Solid room for the price range compared to other hotels I've stayed at for the week. The room is spacious and all the facilities are clean and full functioning. The hotel itself is located near a bunch of restaurants that are just minutes away or even a short walk across the parking lot. Worth

Nice place to stay - clean, reliable, good size room. Bed was very soft ( a little too soft), but they had a Keurig with tea which was nice. Breakfast was 11.95$ plus tax which was expensive considering I didn't want much to eat. Better off ordering a big breakfast as it's the same price. Nothing special really. Wifi was a little slow. Location had lots of restaurants.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Also the room is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are attentive to all your needs. Breakfast is made to order and very good also reasonably priced.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and price was reasonable. Room was very clean and liked the fact they had a gym, swimming pool and hot tub. Their breakfast was really good and made to order. The breakfast we well worth the investment at booking for the cheaper rate.

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient as it is right off the highway, so it easily reachable and not a struggle to find. The room is solid; it's your standard 2 queen bed room. The beds are favourable, the sheets are comfortable and not loud. The AC is a little disturbing but nothing too bad. The front desk was friendly. Overall a solid stay.

There were a few things that added up that makes me want to scratch this hotel. I used airmiles for my stay during a work training event. The curtains don't close all the way so you will after have light coming in at night. The shower was like warm at best. Fridge was unplugged when I arrived and I could tell why at night. If you're a light sleeper it might have woken you up. The room overall is nice. Equipped with microwave mini fridge and keurig with free pods. Fitness center and pool are good but the hot tub was out of service. Free parking is nice. The hotel is close to a lot of shopping and food. I still think I would try other chains out there before coming back.
