Well mannered and considerate personable staff. Clean rooms. Decent room service menu. Location was ideal for traveling further into the city. Would definitely recommend it as a hotel for anyone.

Spent two nights at this hotel with a friend. The check in and check out was handled quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and large enough for the two of us. The temperature of the room was comfortable and the floor we were on was quiet.

Two minor complaints. The pillows were uncomfortable because they didn't provide any neck support, and the taps in the shower took some getting used to.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The morning breakfast had a good variety of options, but did not vary from day to day. The hotel is currently renovating rooms; therefore, some are newer and some are older. I had the opportunity to see both and didn't notice that much of a difference in quality. The new rooms just look a bit more modem.

I had a great stay here. I found both the bed and the room comfortable. I was initially given a room that proved to be a bit noisy, but the front desk staff was very accommodating, and give me a room that was perfectly quiet! I am very satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

Excellent location near subway line and restaurants. Room was updated and comfortable and quiet. There were no electrical outlets available near the bed which is very inconvenient. A single available outlet at the desk is not sufficient with today's technology requirements.

I have stayed at this property before owing to the location. This time I requested "an upgrade" and was willing to pay more for a better room. I was advised by email that I would have a "corner room on the top floor" as I had requested. I received a room on the 14th floor which was not at the end of the corridor. I felt the rate I paid should have included the parking but did not.

I stay at this hotel for work due to its convenient location with respects to the office but also to shops available in the area. Lots to do and see right at the door. However, with every stay, I am underwhelmed, as the hotel is beginning to show its age. The accommodations themselves aren't terrible, I just feel that maintenance needs to be increased. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is beautiful and I liked the renovated rooms and I had a choice between free breakfast or parking. We choose breakfast and the food was good with great servers that were always happy and welcoming. The location is perfect, across from Grocery Store and lots of restaurants near by.

Novotel is a hotel like no other. The service is grade A second to none. The food is choice. And the pillows are the perfect blend of soft and firm. Never has another hotel been this choice. Grade A no doubt.

Enjoyed my stay at your hotel. I arrived a Monday and left a Thursday. Service was courteous. Room on 5th floor was very clean and came with a small fridge. Room did not have a view but there was no excessive noise. Bathroom had everything I needed and the shower was better than most. Internet worked fine from beginning to end, bill came under my door on last morning. Did not use swimming pool or work out room, but I had a look at both and they looked good. Received an invitation for a complimentary drink at the restaurant, which I used. I appreciated the location which was close to my work address and close to the subway for public transit. Room service was irreproachable.

I usually stay here and have no issues, but last time I was there I had a security issue: a random person knocked on my door and called my room in the middle of the night. Lack of security is disheartening

Room was very nice except I could not connect to wifi at the business desk in the room ( by the window) I had to move towards the entrance and work from the coffee maker counter. Room service would not answer ( I tried calling from 5pm-5:30). Toilet would flush but the stopper would stay stuck open and the tank wouldn't refill ( had to manually do it each time). I was in room 1506.

Easy to find, close to subway access. Great area if you wanna grab a bite or do some shopping. And most importantly the LCBO is a walk away. Interiors are nice, I found it had a glistening sort of blue dusted charm. Quite a pleasurable visit I do say.

I had dinner at Trio, the Novotel restaurant with my mother and grandfather. It started off well, I asked our server to turn down the music because we were sitting right under a speaker and my grandfather is hard of hearing. The server was happy to oblige and all was well and good until after we had finished our appetizers. The restaurant had gotten a bit busier and it looked like the serving staff were very overwhelmed. We eventually got our main courses which were very tasty but then waited 30 minutes for our dessert. There was some confusion on our server's part at that point, as he brought out the wrong desserts so he had to go back. We also tried to order coffee but were told they didn't have any, which was a bit strange. After we finished dessert, we waited another 25 minutes to get the bill. All in all, the food was good, the atmosphere was nice, but the wait staff looked like this was their first night on the job.
