The location is great, with easy access to the 401. It's a bit quirky in that access to the parking lot is through the neighboring Honda dealership, but the hotel is clean and staff are friendly and attentive. Cost of the breakfast buffet is a bit high, but there is a reasonable choice in foods offered. Overall, if you need to be in the Yorkdale area, this is a good choice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Great for meetings as there are good choices for space. Strange set up of exercise area in a hut in the lobby. Seems like an after thought.

We have been staying here for years. Service and amenities are always superb. Staff make you feel welcome and appreciated. Even with an issue present, it is dealt with immediately. It is like we are a member of the family here. Check-in is smooth, rooms are spacious and the buffet is great. It might be a tad pricey, but the variety is superior. Pool is also well maintained. If you're able to, East view is the best as the view is gorgeous. Highly recommended!!

Great hotel. Parking was a little weird to get in but the hotel is beautiful. Clean rooms and nice furniture. Stayed for our anniversary and Wendy at the front desk delivered us complimentary wine and cheese! Would stay there again.

Great stay as always, but this time it was for a vacation as opposed to business. The front desk staff made us feel so welcome when I mentioned it was my kids first time in Toronto. Alesha, I believe her name was, went out of her way to get my kids excited for the days ahead, and actually and sincerely made us feel like they were happy to have us staying with them. The price, amenities and convenience of location for this hotel are the the reasons why I always choose it as my preferred location when staying in Toronto. Thank again Holiday Inn

The short: Fantastic experience here. Delicious food, wonderful staff, beautiful pool, comfy beds, great for families and work trips. The details: My family and I were surprised by the service and courteous staff. My kids were greeted with a treasure chest of toys to choose from to play with during their stay. The salt water pool was perfect temperature and setup in a way that was enjoyable to swim in. There was even a Kids Coordinator on staff (Nichole) who helped entertain kids with activities and had a play area setup that was wonderful for the kids to experience. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and kids are free. (Their pizza is delicious). The staff at the restaurant even brought out a little chocolate treat for my son's birthday without even being asked. My son was even surprised with a note from the Kids Coordinator in our room wishing him a happy birthday and had some Star Wars stickers for him. I would definitely stay here again with my family and also on a work trip.

One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in. Originally we booked the best available and when we got here it was a room with double beds. I said I'd like to see if there was a king available and I would pay, they say they'd make it a king for no charge. Very great customer service, with their own concierge awaiting to give you discounts and city tourist info. Steakhouse, cafe, pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, spa, and workout room are within the hotel. I would definitely come back here again. No complaints what so ever.

We have used this hotel for some events in the last two years. The conference room is always set up perfectly according to our description, Karen is exceptionally delightful to work with during the booking and planning phase, and Patricia on-site is very attentive and friendly. My only challenge is that I have yet to have been assisted by the bell staff at the door - however that may be due to the odd hours of our event set up and tear down. The meals and buffet are great! Excellent hotel - we enjoy doing our events here.

This has been my favourite hotel when staying in Toronto. Ït is just off the 401 and has the friendliest staff. Always full and a little noisy at times. A great indoor pool that the kids love. The restaurant is exceptional. Our kids used to call it the "The Best Hotel" and insisted we stay there whenever we visited Toronto.

Spent two separate weeks here and enjoyed my stay both times. The rooms and bed are nice and comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony. The elevators are what knocked a star off for me. Being that my room was on the 11th floor, I wasn't walking down but ended up waiting many times 10-15 minutes to get down. Never waited to go up though.

Arrived Friday, March 24, 2017 - checked out Sunday, March 26, 2017. Came to stay with a friend who came from Jamaica on a conference. We had buffet breakfast, we both ordered omelettes to go with bacon and sweet potato fries, delicious. Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Especially the lady who made (poured, added my cream and sugar and stirred) my coffee because I had an 18-month old baby who was busy exploring, appreciated that immensely. Later, Saturday night we ordered room service, Hawaiian pizza and a large spinach salad with endive and shrimp, also delicious. Cleaning staff checked to see if I wanted room cleaned on Saturday and even though I declined, she offered and changed the garbages and also left me extra bags for the baby's dirty diapers. All in all a lovely weekend.

I can for a con and the facilities were very good. The burger at the restaurant was great! I didn't stay in a room, but the rest of the hotel seemed great to me.
