Strange location, although fairly accessible. You'd think the parking would be cheaper and/or easier to navigate in suburbia? The meeting room feels dated (only been in the basement) and so does the rental equipment for the presentations. Saving grace is the food! The chef is a genius, I swear. The tobacco-leaf beef and salmon was restaurant-level good, not dry, and properly seasoned. Honestly, I would host another meeting here just for the food and the service that comes with it.

The staff were pleasant and extremely friendly.
I did notice that the pillows in my room smelt like a stale and dirty man. I had to spray them with perfume so I could even use them.
The lamp shades looked like they had been through a flood. They had water stains all over them as well as being stained they were also discoloured and very out dated.
I also sleep with a window open and when I opened the one in the room my hand became sticky because of the filth stuck to the window.
While going up in the elevator I did notice that the windows did need to be cleaned desperately.
The parking was another issue the hotel was having due to construction that has been at a stand still for sometime now.
I thought I woukd have wow factor when I entered the lobby but I had no such feeling at all. There was nothing to make the hotel stand out and be memorable.
It is a place your kids would have fun at because of the pool and large water slide that is for sure.response / report this review -

Nice clean hotel with restaurant and bar. V good workout center, pool water slides sauna and hot tub. You can even book a massage. Rooms are quite large and comfotable. Although conveniently located by the 401, you dont hear the noise like downtown. There are also several malls nearby and you are relatively close to the bus and subway lines.

Honestly I wasn't very impressed with my stay. The rooms were not terrible comfort wise, but there were quite a few issues there. The room wasn't the most clean, there was no fridge or microwave in the room (which is pretty crazy for the price, and there was tonnes of room to place them), and there were basically sheets on the bed instead of blankets. There was also black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and around the tub. Some staff was excellent and friendly, others were totally rude towards me (especially if I called on the phone, and the pool attendants). Honestly I would never go backI've never had trouble with Marriot in the past, but this specific hotel could use some work in the way they treat their guests. I felt like I was an annoyance the entire time instead of a guest. I was there for a wedding (it was the recommended hotel by the couple), I don't know if that had something to do with it because tonnes of wedding guests stayed there..Like maybe they treat those types of guests worse? I don't know. But I definitely wasn't impressed.

I have been using this hotel since 2007.
Convenient location and easy access to 401.
Good quality rooms and the food good but expect a slow service at times.
Indoor pool area is good.
Staff were overall helpful and friendly. If you ever feel bad about any of the staff or services, just complain and they usually take it seriously.
There is a secure parking available for 12$ per night.response / report this review -

Last year (2016) we stayed there with the kids and had a great time. The kids ate for free at the restaurants, the pool was fantastic, and the room was great. This year we stayed and things didn't seem quite as great. The kids no longer are for free, the food at the restaurants did not seem quite at the same quality, and the room was lacking some simple amenities like an in-room dining guide and a pen. The pool was still a great hit with the kids, and might be the only thing this hotel still has going for it.

The property is in need of a lot of updates and sprucing up. Furniture is worn, rooms are dated, the pool was fun; the entire hotel shows its age. We had ants in the bathroom. Checking in was SLOW and took almost 30 mins. The staff was great.

Very good and clean hotel. The staff there are friendly and willing to help. The cleaning staff is also very friendly. The hotel has a pool and hot tub which is a nice touch and is also very close to the highway which is a bonus. Recommended.

Had my daughters graduation in the ball room. Very clean and nice space all around. Beside the parking lot on the 3rd floor. Brolling, no need to go all over the place looking for it. My daughter said the food was good and good service. I'm happy

The Bell Hop that checked us in, William, was excellent and has great people skills. After that it was a very uncomfortable 2 day stay. There were 3 families from Ireland staying there & their children were running up & down the halls like animals. We complained several times but nothing was done.
There was a damaged wall & lamp in our room & an exposed light fixture in the bathroom.
Then there were people using the outlets in the hallway to blow dry their hair. WTF?
So we tried to leave & the bell hop, who spoke little English, just left the cart & walked away.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, many amenities. Lots of shopping within walking distance. My daughters loved the pool and water slide in the atrium. Room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was amazing. The customer service was excellent and the staff were all very helpful. The location was convenient and close to many shops. The rooms were clean, and well kept. We also really enjoyed the pool as it was the perfect place for our child to play safely and they had good hours to allow her to play as long as she wanted. A very good experience overall.

We celebrated my daughters birthday there and had an awesome time.pool was funair in the pool area could have been a bit warmer. The room was great and the staff was very friendly..helpful and accommodating. I would definitely go back. Thank you ♡♡

Stayed there for 1 night at the end of March Break and had a very nice time. The rooms were nice and clean and the perfect temperature for my liking anyway. I did find the pool to be on the chilly side though. The water slide does work on a schedule at least for the March Break time. The staff were very nice and the food was good
