Staff work hard to make you happy, rooms are not bad, housekeeping is only available during the day which wasn't great. Pool was nice and warm. I would consider staying here again.

Excellent choice. Room was clean and new. Rate was good with free parking for 7 days. The food was in house (Perkins) and was fine.
I would definitely recommend it and would go back. The shuttle was on time and the customer service was good.response / report this review -

It was my own fault to chose a hotel near the airport (I didn't won't to risk the chance of missing my flight) it was hard getting any rest due to airplanes taken off every few minutes. Again, my fault! (I'm a light sleeper) That wasn't the only noise keeping me up though. I was placed on a noisey floor where I heard doors slam every few minutes, people getting ice what seemed like every hour, people talking from sun up to sun down very inconsiderate!
My room
like others have noted the air conditioner would freeze the whole room, bath tub needs to be replaced looked stained, toilet stained as well. The bathroom has no space the door is too close to the toilet. And the bag for the ice bucket had black particles that either looked like dirt, did not get ice after seeing that. Clean for the most part.
"Free breakfast"
although the "free breakfast" offered at the restaurant next to the hotel was good / hot and the waiters/waitresses were friendly you were limited to what you could eat. Anytime I have stayed at a hotel with "free breakfast" it meant everything that was available on the menu not just ONE of each, disappointing especially for what I paid for my hotel stay!!
Shuttle
The hotel needs a new shuttle bus , old ran down and felt unsafe on the ride to and from the airport. The times need to be more "open" , I waited a long time before I was picked up at the airport. All the other hotel shuttles I saw coming every 20 to 25 minutes. Drivers are very nice and friendly no problem from them.
Staff/Management
I don't know what the fuss is about with people commenting about rude staff because my experience was nothing but great. From the manger to the front desk folks to the housekeepers everyone was respectful and spoke every time I walked through the halls. If anyone came off rude it was the other guest!! The guest that I came across whether walking through the hall or going on the elevator , it didn't matter the majority were stuck up rude, no manners to get out the way to let me pass.
All and all if you're on a budget like myself and don't need some high end expensive hotel or if you're a deep sleeper this is a great hotel for you. My only complaints again.noise and the rooms need upgrading and a rule needs to be added about guest being a little more considerate with their noise level of other people staying at the hotel.response / report this review -

Not enough information on the Internet about the hotel, when we got there we found multiple things that should bring down the rating. Such as some things in the room such out electrical outlets are very loose and I can't charge my devices, when I came back to my hotel room at the end of the day I noticed room cleaning/service changed the bed sheets and there were a few blood stains on them; which is extremely unacceptable! Also we needed a fridge but we couldn't get It till the day after plus a extra charge also parking should be complimentary not 15 dollars in and out every time 👎also we booked a smoking free room and we enter to the smell of smoke.definitely do not recommend this hotelsorry

Beds were great. Noise level is a little high but expected near an airport. Thermostat didn't work, but we also never called about it because the temperature was fine. We told them about it in the morning and the were concerned and apologetic. All the staff we met were very friendly and I made a point to talk to someone from each position i came across. Had room service and it came fast and was very delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

Anyone giving stars above a 1 (because we have to give at least 1) is lying about their stay here at this hotel. First and foremost the Front Desk staff, from the Front Desk Supervisor to the lady who did Night Audit 08/05/2017, all desperately need to be retrained ASAP. The entire hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled because we had water bubbles in our room in the walls, it made the place just look and feel overall outdated. When we requested 1 extra set of towels for our room that is due to hold 4 individuals we were blatantly told NO. Which made absolutely no sense, I promise you we did not want your towels. We asked the night auditor for 10 cups, we occupied 2 rooms with two queen beds and "was afraid that she'd get hell in the am because of it" which is more than odd since not only did the housekeepers not offer us any to begin with since both rooms requested no service. The iron board was broken and just pushed up in the closet in the corner. The water in the rooms got extremely hot, isn't that like some kind of hazard. Overall, I've been to plenty of hotels but never to something as bad as this place. The 1 star they received was because they had rooms to accommodate four per room.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, but left a lot to be desired. The hotel restaurant is a Perkins, which wasn't the best. You're right under the flight path of airplanes landing and taking off, which made for a rather noisy room. The staff was really excellent and friendly, but the hotel itself has not been updated, and had a really weird layout- the elevators are super far from the front desk. All in all, it was fine for a place to sleep, but I would not stay here if I didn't need to be at the airport the next morning.

This place has the worst service. Old and outdated. They put me in a room and failed to notify us that they would start jack hammering at 7 am. The noise was unbelievable they told me there was nothing they could do. They also sell all their parking to people who aren't staying in the hotel so parking your car upon arrival may be difficult.

My husband and I stayed there this week and we had a great stay! Our room was spacious with a king bed. The pool was clean and well maintained. Perkins restaurant was good. Nadine at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again!
My only annoyance was the fan in the bathroom was loud.response / report this review
