We come here nearly every time we travel. The suites are great for traveling with kids and making sure they have a separate room. The pool is shallow enough to not worry too much about early swimmers. The breakfast is standard fare. All the rooms have stoves and fridges and microwaves, and I think there's laundry on-site. This place would be overkill if you were just coming for a night by yourself, but for a family visiting for a week, it's amazing.

The service was great and very professional. The room was comfortable and the view stunning. Only spent one night so didn't get to avail myself of all the amenities, but would love to go again. Fantastic location, right in the center of lots of things; food, entertainment, shopping, spas and much more.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a great location with lots of things to do and places to eat. Wifi is decent and usable for streaming video/video chat. The view can be amazing too, especially on the upper floors. The rooms are decently sized, too and feature a kitchenette with a large fridge and even an oven with stove top. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in for work.

While certainly not fancy or upscale, the hotel punches above its weight. The condo-style rooms are clean and feature well appointed kitchenettes and, if you're lucky, a balcony with a great downtown view. The pool and hot tub are large and clean (there's also a decent steam room), and the staff are kind and down-to-earth. Despite the lower prices, it's very well located and it doesn't attract the wrong kind of crowd. If you're looking for value and a hassle-free stay, book this hotel.

I own a tour company in Vancouver and my guests who stay at Rosedale on Robson always tell me that they love the experience of staying there.

The check-in process is friendly and efficient.

Location is superb with dozens on the best restaurants in town within 5 minutes walking.

This hotel is convenient to walk to most attractions. We took the Hop On bus. Hotel is clean and rooms spacious. I loved the Spaceaid kitchen design. Very compact. Helpful staff, plenty if restaurants near by.

Room was perfect and was pleasantly surprised to see we had a balcony with a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, we walked everywhere and found this to be so central to everything.

Our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The location is great for walking around Vancouver. The only issue that we had is that the air conditioning unit in our friends' room was not functioning properly, so their room was uncomfortably warm at night.

A large, well-maintained room with an excellent view, at a great price. Bed was clean and comfortable. Had a great stay without any issues. Definitely recommend.

I am staying here for a week while recuperating from surgery. I am in a wheelchair accessible suite. The suite is tight for a manual chair I would not recommend for an electric. Just to tight of quarters. The free breakfast advertised on the sight costs extra at booking and ends at 9:30 don't sleep in. From what I gather the continental breakfast is only available with certain packages such as their hockey ticket package or concert packages I am on the second floor bring earplugs street noise is awful. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am sure that if I was here for anything but recuperating from surgery I would rate this much higher it seems like there's a lot of nightlife going on outside and it's the place to be if you're younger and want to get out enjoy The Nightlife because it is so close to everything however that's not the reason I'm here it just happens to be the closest available hotel to the hospital where I had my surgery

First time back to Vancouver in years, had a great stay. Wonderful hotel, family loved the pool. Original Joe's has a great atmosphere as well. Very central location. All in all I was impressed. Side note: I had not shaved before our trip (busy and foforgotso while walking with my cane and with looking a little scruffy. I was challenged in hallway by housekeeping. I have to say that's a great thing active caring staff. I will definitely stay there again.

I've been to the Rosedale many times over the years, and it's always been a great experience. It's become a yearly tradition to stay here for a weekend in Vancouver (from the island). On many occasions, the staff has been great to help fulfill a special request to make the trip stand out.

Rooms are nice, and the pool is fun. The location is premium when it comes to the arenas nearby. It's the staff that stand out (to me) to make the place out "go to".
