Stayed for one night. Room was big and had two twin beds. Plus a couch and a desk all spaced out well. Service was excellent and people were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant located on site served good food. Included Breakfast was average and had usual offerings. Parking is underground and an extra $20. Spaces are tight for larger vehicles.

Not bad but the location is not as convenient as it appears on the ads. Room had an internal AC unit that would blow cold air from time to time creating lots of noise. Telephone buttons do not work. Front desk person refused to print a receipt upon checkout, referring to Expedia website; however, I made this reservation directly through the hotel website, not Expedia.

Quick stay before a 6am flight. Staff was wonderful & accommodating! Even had a light breakfast ready for us when we left at 4am. Would stay there again.

Very clean and spacious! Garage parking is secure. Extremely convenient location right next to the airport! The hotel is not in the flight path, so there is silence at night!

Booked a room for 3 people but the third bed was not prepared (sofa bed). Had to call the room service to get some sheets and had to prepare the third bed on my own. Staff not very friendly and helpful (the lady who brought the sheets did not say a word and did not offer any kind of assistance)

Room wasn't ready for hours after scheduled checkin time. AC unit was broken and floor was wet all weekend. Staff made aware of this and nothing done during our stay. We were compensated with rewards points but doesn't seem worth it to me.
That said, breakfast was good, pool facility was nice, and if not for the wet floor the room would have been nice.response / report this review -

Hotel location is great especially when meeting with a person travelling soon. Parking was easy. The Hotel itself is very clean their stuff is cool and ready to serve. Beside their prices are so reasonable.

More expensive than I expected for airport area lodging (especially after parking fees), but i guess Toronto is just an expensive place to be these days. That having been said, the breakfast was better than most, the bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Average hotel, rooms are clean and spacious, bed was decently comfortable. Heater didn't work that well. Barely kept the room warm. The van from the airport took an hour so we ended up getting a cab, even though the hotel is literally across the street from the airport.

Very good customer service didn’t have any issues checking in, calling for a reservation, getting room service or speaking with front desk.
Was pleased with all amenities.
Washroom, room, beds, all spick and span.
Will def stay again without hesitation!!

Although there wasn't anything terrible about it, there wasn't anything great about it either. It was a little dated Especially the carpets But it was clean. Dinner at the restaurant was tasty and reasonable in price. Overall it was just an average stay.
