  Ralph has always given me extra-mile, personal and courteous service. Today at Mid-Island, my loose bumper got tightened in ten spots, without delay and at no charge, because he knows that when I have a real fender bender, I'll come back to where I'm treated best. You guys have top people.

  I send & choose mid island collision to repair my car coz i read all the good comments here but unfortunately i am not satisfied, my front bumper cover wasnt replace and stcking out, its anoying everytime i see it.so frustrated😫😫

  This is a company that stands behind their repairs. They repaired my car five years ago and a subcontractor they used at the time installed a part wrong. The company repaired the error five years later at no cost to me. Wow a great company with integrity. Ladies this is the place to take your car for repairs you can trust.

  Two visits I would've rather avoided, but two I actually enjoyed (I'm not dealing with ICBC yet!). The paint matching work they've done on my car is fantastic and my out of province insurer doesn't disagree with their pricing.

  Great experience with the friendly staff here! I had a small dent in my brand new Honda HRV. They gave me a very reasonable quote and were able to fix it about a month after getting the quote (they were fairly busy!). The finish looks amazing and I am extremely happy with their work! To top it off they cleaned my car both inside and out which was a great touch and fantastic customer service. Thanks for everything!

  We are Back in for repair this time with my husband Harley - Ford F150 (the baby of our family). Nicole and Nikki are very consistent with updates. We have terrific rental in the meantime who could ask for more.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful, were able to answer all my questions. The rental car was ready for me when I dropped my car off, they were fast and efficient with the paperwork and I was not waiting around, even with someone there before me.
  
  They quoted 3-4 days for the work to be done and it was done by noon the next day. When I picked up my car it was sparkling clean, inside and out!
  
  Overall an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them for all your auto body needs!

  Great place, great staff and fantastic service! Very impressed, especially with Krissy behind the counter. She really helped make getting my car totaled and repaired as nice and convenient as possible.
