Bought an Escape yesterday and was treated Royally by all the staff, especially my salesman, GARY. Once he gave me an hour long lesson on how to operate the vehicle we went to the Service DEPT and were introduced to the manager there. Everyone was very cordial. Just love my new wheels.

Bought a 2017 F-150 Lariat from this dealership, the customer service was beyond amazing from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better buying experience, Eric also picked me up from the air port in Vancouver and had all the paper work ready to go. Financing was a breeze, quick and easy

My dad and I saw an ad in the local newspaper regarding a good deal on a F150, the ad stated that the truck came with rear camera, at the time we were checking the truck out we noticed that was no rear view camera, I did ask the sale person about that and he answered me that was a typo, I told him that is not a typo that is false or misleading advertising.

Something really funny is that he also confirmed that they do not read approve their ads and that sometimes things happen what does he mean with things happen? I think he did not think we were serious about buying the vehicle at all, even though I told him we were buying it cash/check, I said to the salesman, so what are you going to do about the rear camera issue and after back and forth he offered 250 miles reward, that was funny, he did say that sometimes things happen and you are also more than welcome to check out other dealers, pretty much they do not honor what they advertise and it is OK with them whether or not you buy or leave with a smile on your face, I took that like a big screw you, this is the deal you get, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else.

Long story short is that my dad needed the truck and he bought it cash, the truck is nice but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I DO NOT recommend this dealer at all, do not do the same mistake my dad did buying here.

Couldn't be happier with the customer service I received while buying my first BRAND NEW vehicle. Gary was the sales person I dealt with, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything I had questions about. Truly customer oriented and made sure I was well and properly taken care of. Will definitely buy from Gary and the Magnuson team again. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family wanting to get into a Ford.

I picked up my car from there yesterday. They had it for 5 days. I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars to get my car fixed and they cant even be bothered to vacuum my car out. I just find it really poor customer service. Quite disappointing honestly. That's where I bought my car from.

I went there because I was told they want to get people to switch to ford and be a long time customer. I never got that impression. I felt like I didn't matter. I wanted them to fix two dents so I would feel comfortable spending almost $25,000. The vehicle was overpriced and when coming to an agreement, I was willing to pay more than it was worth to get the dents fixed. They didn't want to make me happy with my purchase and the manager seemed like he couldn't be bothered. It is one thing to say Customer Service is your top priority and another to actually provide it. If you are looking for good customer service, look elsewhere. I am still looking for the right vehicle for me but now have decided maybe that means looking beyond the Ford I wanted.

I have been dealing with John Wayne MacMullin for 20-22 years as a Ford Super Salesman at various Dealerships.

Another fantastic buying experience at Magnuson Ford. We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership , our most recent being our special order Ford Flex in Dec 2015. John and Layne were so helpful with our special order ( as we wanted the panoramic roof option ) and we have been completely satisfied with our vehicle !

As for the service department, again this dealership does stand out in that Brad, Chris and the rest of the team are always helpful, and do work with you as a client, not just a job number. I've converted my Ford Fusion to propane via this dealership and they have performed every single service on the engine with zero charge for any adjustments and tweaks needed from time to time with being on dual fuel. Thank-you so much.

As an additional note, I've had to pleasure of being part of their commitment to community with the Drive 4 You program for several fundraisers for schools, sports teams and other charities. They have always been so incredibly helpful and willing to give of their time - looking at you John - in an effort to give back. Thank-you Magnuson Ford and Ford Canada for your help as it is greatly appreciated.

Back again !!! Over the years we have made several vehicle purchases from Magnuson Ford . Cannot be happier with our latest purchase. Our salesperson Chris Penner always happy to help , went beyond what was expected with detail to our vehicle . Sales Manger Steve Setia, again managed to put together a deal that worked out to our satisfaction. Service staff always happy to help . Detailers work hard to have vehicle looking great upon taking delivery .All in all another great experience with the Magnuson Team . I highly recommending Magnuson Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle . 6 * out of 5 :)

Chris Penner has been our salesman for most of those sales , we have always felt very welcome at Magnuson and Chris takes pride in making sure all our needs are met . I had an issue with my truck 2015 f150 brakes. I dealt with Chris in the service department. He has great customer service and dealt with us professional . He wanted to solve the issue 100% . He kept us updated of the progress of the repair. He was so keen to make sure that we are comfortable while we are waiting. He really cares for his customers . We are lucky that we dealt with him . I recommend this dealer to all my friends for the service or buying new car. The owner is lucky to have Chris in his team.
