Gorgeous hotel, right in the middle of the city of Vancouver. Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Omega stores right in the hotel. Extremely comfortable and spacious suites. Heated, indoor pool. 24-Hour gym. Really amazing service by everyone we have us help. What more can one ask for?

Nice classic hotel. The regular room I had booked was quite large but like all older hotels the bathrooms are quite small. The rooms have been renovated in the last couple of years. Nice high quality finishes in the bathroom. My only complaint was the mattress was well used and lumpy. The price was reasonable at $225 CDN per night. You are right downtown with large office towers all around. Lots of restaurants within a blocks walk. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

Delish burger. I've been craving one for weeks, I could not satisfy at other places I tried but this one hit the spot. Tasty fries as well. Service was great, prompt and attentive and the aesthetics of the restaurant is a pleasurable place to hang out.

Perfect location in City Centre room was spacious and clean with prompt room service each morning. Was easy to navigate with helpful staff. Location was Central to Canada Place, Granville Island, BC Stadium and Casino area. Plenty if great food and coffee within blocks of the hotel. Area very close to metro train stop for easy travel to Airport.

I went for afternoon tea here not expecting to be able to eat here because I am gluten and dairy intolerant. I called ahead and asked them if there were any options for me and they told me not to worry. When our food came they had re-made all of their regular afternoon tea items dairy and gluten free for me. Was so wonderful to be able to join in! The food was so good I couldn't believe it was made without gluten and dairy. You couldn't tell at all

We went to the Fairmont to shop at the boutiques there - Gucci and Louis Vuitton. Both stores were very clean and staff friendly. We had a better experience at Gucci as they were able to assist us with product questions and also gave us refreshments as we waited for an associate to assist us. The associate was very friendly in that she greeted us first and while she had customers ahead of us in queue, ensured we were not forgotten. We left with a lighter wallet but good customer experience. I forgot her name but she was Eastern European.

The Fairmont hotel Vancouver was a spectacular experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms had a great view. The elevators seemed to never be full and the atmosphere was gentle. I recommend this fine establishment

Excellent location downtown. Nice breakfast buffet. Very old school with a small bathroom in our king size bed room. Hard for 2 people to maneuver in. Cleanliness was great. Just not my style hotel. The rooms need freshening.

The Fairmont Hotel has some really high-end shops that are great to browse through now and again. The staff are always really friendly, even when you're like me, and you're never dressed to the nines. As for the rest of the hotel, I've never stayed there, but their public bathrooms are some of the nicest ones downtown.

The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver has been completely renovated. The lobby is spectacular. With the wonderful chandeliers at the Notch 8 area, you feel you are in a really posh hotel. The staff is very friendly and always making sure your needs are met. Valet service is top notch. The rooms are bright and modern and has all the amenities one needs. Location is perfect. Near shops on Robson, near the business district, and near the sky train and buses and also near restaurants. One can't go wrong with this hotel.

The Fairmont was easily accessible. The rooms were dated but tastefully maintained. The staff was professional but courteous. There are quite a few shopping options throughout the hotel for convenience. My one convern was the state of some of the washrooms. Perhaps they could have been attended better. Bit dirty.

Great stay, one of the most acomidating hotels I have experienced. Kind staff, made or night special. Buffet breakfast is so good, large selection of pastries and breakfast foods. Room had a great view, we stayed in the deluxe king. The bathroom was small by most standards, and the main room had a fire place that looked unfinished, But it was clean and we'll decorated otherwise. All the rooms are retro fitted, it's a very old heritage building, but that gives this hotel it's charm, in a lot of ways. Great location, two blocks away from sky train, right next to the a cover art gallery. It doesn't get more central. After we checked out, We left our bags with the hotel while we went shopping for the day. All

Great location. Only had lunch. Excellent service. Food was lacking though, especially for the price. Had salad with 'heirloom veggies' that had a few slices of cucumber with mixed greens for$13. Had a decent piece of salmon for another $9. Very lacking in flavor.

Fairmont offers a great selection of cocktails at their bar. They bring you a complimentary bowl of chips (ours was carrot chips). There is a large open space to hang out or even get a table. The service is usually pretty good. I love the decorations inside, it's absolutely beautiful.

Service was great The servers were attentive and food was also delicious. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the way valet parking is done for non guests. The valet parking payment process was not very efficient as you had to pay art the lobby desk but in order to do so You were required to go to the valet desk first and find out how much. The process was not fluid not were there signs to let you know how to go about this.
