Great hotel. Great amenities. The only thing I would have changed would of been the amount of front desk that were there during arrival as it was a Friday evening and only 2 people were checking in customers. My family and I waited about 25 mins after already commuting 2 hours to get there. Lastly, I believe that for customers that check in late, should get a longer time to check out as 11am is way too early for people who arrive in the late evening. Unfortunately some people don’t get the opportunity to be there for 3pm as they have jobs. Other than that, no complaints.

Great stay. Shelby at the front desk gave me a great deal on a great room. Pool and hot tub are very nice. The view from the balcony was great. Easy walk to casino, shops, and restaurants. Beds are comfortable, room was clean and spacious.

Great location. Walking distance to falls, casino, fun zone and restaurants. It has a mini-mart directly connected. Friendly staff. The internal room is a little old. Parking is charged for $20 (member can get $15).

Best Western Fallsview is always a great place to stay!! It is easy walking distance to the Falls, Clifton Hill attractions and the Casino as well as many restaurants and bars. The staff is always so friendly also and make us feel welcome. The rooms have been renovated it seems and are always clean and comfortable. We'll be back for sure and highly recommend this hotel.

For the location it is a good hotel, it is a little dated, but compared to the other hotels in the area you get a large room at a much better price. The only thing is parking is $20 or just behind where the lobby is you can park for $5 and walk 75 feet back to the lobby. After reading the other reviews people need to realize this is a best western and not the Hilton, it is a 3 star hotel not a five star. If you have extremely high standard then you can pay double the price and get your high standards or save a few bucks and get a good hotel room.

Stayed here over the past weekend, booked the same day over the phone and was able to stay for two nights at a great price. The beds are so comfortable big and plush, its very clean and check-in/out is a breeze.

Every room has a balcony which is nice in the warmer months and you cant beat the location vs price vs other perks you get. We got dining vouchers and were able to walk to the majority of places due to it being so close to everything. We parked for $20/night and was able to snag a spot right outside our room.

Very convenient, very polite and very willing to help. We will be back.

Great service. The room was decent and clean. It not at all a 5 star hotel but we knew that before checking in and had realistic expectations. The price was more than fair and the balcony was great to have too. We will for sure be back.

I had a good, and bad experience in the end. I'll explain both.

The good: The person who checked me in was great! The room was clean, the place looked good, and the beds comfy.

The bad: This is why I'm writing this review.
At check-out time, I requested to have the tourism tax removed (every place has a different name for it).
Hailey, the clerk at the desk began explaining why the tax was there. Since I heard a million people tell me what it's for a million times - I just told her "no I already know what it's for - I would just rather have it taken off". I had a calm, and cool tone of voice.

Her response was this: "Well as I was saying before you rudely interrupted me - the fee is [insert tax reason], and next time you come in; we won't remove it because it was clearly stated on the papers, and you ignored it."

In the end I enjoyed my experience, but considering I was paying money to stay at a hotel, and Hailey was being snarky like that in an attempt to "put me in my place" - The experience could best be described as a nice sundae with a rotten cherry on top. Great way to top off the vacation. I won't be returning. There are plenty of clean hotels in Niagara Falls, and Hailey doesn't work at any of them. Good riddance to her.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE:
The idea wasn't that I was angry about paying the tourism tax, idea is that I wasn't happy about how Hailey responded to to me.
"Well as I was saying before you rudely interrupted me"

When an employee is snarky, and uses a condescending tone; it affects the image of the company.

The front desk staff was polite & efficient. They provided us with Band-Aids and a toothbrush that we forgot to pack. The room was clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries. Excellent location. We walked to the falls, casino, restaurants, etc. Parking is $20 a d spots fill up fast, if you leave to go out, you may have a difficult time finding another parking spot. Really enjoyed the stay here.

Great location. It was a short walk to the Falls, Casino, Restaurants and sights. It is right on the WEGO Bus line and a short lift to Clifton Hill. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the passes to the Fun Zone and Fun Center that were provided. It was a great change of pace on a day with rainy weather. Everything was clean. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!!! Our room (2 Queens) was large enough that we could have played twister. The bathroom set up was wonderful with an extra sink outside the bath so two people could get ready in the morning and be out of each others way. The bathroom tub & shower were all new. Lots of hot water and perfect water pressure. Pool and Hot Tub were clean, fun, lots of towels and friendly fellow travelers. I would recommend this location for a family or couples.

Super spacious, newly updated rooms. Very clean and well kept location. The front desk staff are so wonderful! Super close to the Falls and to the new casino, and on a bus route that takes you anywhere else! Great for families or for couples.

Had a great time and definitely would return. We arrived early and did not have to wait until the regularly scheduled check-in time. Instead we immediately got our room. We were amazed. The room itself was very spacious and clean. We didn't have a view of the Falls but we didn't care as we were there for one night. The staff here is fantastic and really seem to enjoy their jobs. You want to stay in a room "in the sky" go elsewhere. You want to great hotel, that is clean and close to the casino, stay at BW Fallsview.

I found the room very spacious and the bed most comfortable. We did the wag jag deal which made the whole stay very affordable. the restaurant in the hotel - IHOP prices' were expensive but the wag-jag helped. I am surprised that the hotel did not have continental breakfast but being in a tourist area I understand why. They also charge $15 for parking-( $5 off with wag-jag) That's the 1st hotel we have stayed at the charges for this, but again it's in a tourist area so people will probably just pay it. I think that the Best Western should note that though on their site.
