Sarah Pineda and Merita Elmazovski from front desk are angels. They’re what is keeping the property going. Helpful, professional, kind, caring and the definition of going the extra mile. I prefer embassy suites, but whenever I’m in Mississauga homewood suite will be my home just because of throes two ladies!!!!

To start the customer service is the best a young lady by name of Merita was very professional and more than helpful , the rooms are big and very clean with
comfortable beds. The Continental breakfast is also good , its about 30 mins to downtown driving . this hotel will be my first choice next time I Visit Canada .

After a long trip with the family, this Homewood Suites staff made us feel home. Merita was a great host. She did everything possible to make us feel welcome and found the perfect room for us. Everything was impeccable, large and clean room and nice breakfast.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable. The location is good, near the airport but also only 25 minutes from downtown. The only negative was the breakfast. The replenishment staff were slow replacing items and there were limited options for people with specific dietary requirements. Overall though we would stay here again due to the location and comfortable rooms.

Nice room and service. Free breakfast was delicious. However, our bathroom had ventilation problems throughout our stay and the parking was full due to construction.

The room they provide is very good it has full kitchen. It has sofa which can be converted into bed. They provide simple breakfast with limited options. Overall the experience was pleasant.

Our recent stay here was absolutely the best hotel experience I have ever had. Every single employee we came into contact with was kind, helpful and friendly. We felt truly cared for during such a difficult time (a death in the family). The rooms (a 2 room suite) were immaculately clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the front desk was highly responsive and helpful, the pool was warm, the complimentary dinner AND breakfast were delicious. We truly could not have asked for anything more. My only regret is that we didn't book 2 nights instead of just one.

We've stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our stays. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. We always enjoy the free breakfast as well. It's one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had.

Best hotel experience! We were stranded after a cancellation at the airport. They were super accommodating and sent a van to get us immediately! The staff was kind and beyond helpful. I will definitely staggered again!

Our flight was cancelled so we needed a place to sleep and something to do for a bit the next day before our new flight. Homewood sent a car and got us all set up. A large, comfortable suite that would have been wonderful for a longer stay. The suite had a kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher and the dishes needed to use these great amenities. We enjoyed the continental breakfast the next morning and the pool before our flight. All of the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We stopped I'm hoping they could accommodate our family of 5 adults after a cancelled flight. They did much more than that!! We were welcomed in and given an exceptional suite at a very good rate. Everything was clean and looked new, the staff was fantastic, special shout-out to Sam!! The buffet breakfast was fantastic and we were refreshed after a great night's sleep! They turned a potentially stressful time for us into a relaxing, unexpected getaway! Thanks

What a great time had by all. I took almost two weeks to decide which hotel to use for 7 family members accommodations in the Toronto area when we had a family adventure to Medieval Times. I booked one of their suites on the suggestion of a hotel staff member. Clean, lots of room, swimming pool, free parking, and free breakfast all just what I was looking for in a hotel. Wonderful amenities including hot breakfast and dinner each day. Staff are very attentive and quick to respond to your needs. Well worth a few extra dollars to avoid dinner out. Tonight's dinner was barbeque, lentil and garlic soup as well as dinner salad and rolls. Coffee is complimentary and available 24 hrs a day. Just a few miles to Toronto Pearson International airport. Shuttle is convenient from Terminal 1 S5.
