My toilet needed fixed. Waitress insulted me during my cup of coffee today my hairs curly. She narcissistic to me. My hairs then there and later straight. Photos too. And before there. And later my desert in restaurant served on a dirty plate. I showed staff. And I'm staying in Hilton Garden Inn, family emergency. My bed cozy. I like my bed. And I'm still heterosexual.

Very helpful staff and very kind. They renovated all their rooms so it’s definitely a clean and comfortable stay. I would have to recommend this place compared to all other hotels close to square one shopping centre. The other hotel’s rooms are either small or just not as clean in my opinion.

Went second time going for service with The Extension Academy. Receptionist was extremely nice to guide me to the room where the appointment was held. Renovated since the last time I was there and it looks much better! Newer, clean, and spacious lobby. Lots of parking available, close to main roads, a trusted hotel.

Loveeeedddd this hotel! The bedding was comfortable, the shower was hot, the customer service was awesome. Most importantly the room service was yummy! Will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was very nice. Bathroom are georgious. Very large and comfy beds. A professional style desk with lots of work room. Very close to airport but still couldn't hear any plane.

Good night's stay. Staff was friendly. Stayed in newly renovated room. Very nice. Only issue was a noisy fridge in our room.

Stayed at this hotel a couple times. Good hotel. Great location! Usually very clean. But remodeling so there​were spots that were a little dirty. Rooms clean. Breakfast buffet is good value.

I have stayed here many times love the rooms however I called this morning to refresh my memory on their security deposit. I already know it's 150$ however I just decided to be safe.
I know the security deposit at this hotel does not fluctuate ever When you use a credit card. The lady I spoke to this morning tried to tell me different. I felt she was going to discriminate against me depending on my appearance. Seeing as all I was trying to do was figure out if I would have enough until my credit card payment goes through tomorrow. I'm very disappointed in The young lady I spoke to over the phone today. That's not how any hotel manager should run their place of business. Got a room intended for handicap people. The bathroom was clean but the shower was filthy. Restaurant OK but service has trouble speaking English. (However really nice amicable personal) Entrance, conference rooms and pool A1
