Well priced budget hotel with lovely and helpful staff. Room was spacious, comfy and quiet, albeit basic. The rooms are quite dated and mine smelled a bit of cigarettes - twice, even after a room change. They are all non-smoking rooms but some guests don't care. The windows can't be opened for airing; they need need to install sensors to stop people smoking.

My husband and I stayed one night as we were flying out of Pearson . We have stayed at many of the airport hotels including the Hilton chain but must say this hotel is as good as any. We prefer it over the Best Western Premier although this one is a bit further from the airport. Comfortable, clean, affordable and friendly staff. Shuttle available. This will be our hotel of choice when flying in abd out of Pearson.

This place offers free shuttle services every 30 minutes to the hour. 24 hour shuttle service provided. Clean rooms friendly staff. :) benefits to those who stay with the best western franchise often. Book so many rooms and get a night for free or discounted. :) i would highly recommend.

Wonderful staff! The front desk clerk took care of our check in and check out. She was friendly, happy, sense of humor, did an excellent job and explained everything in detail. She made our stay very nice. All staff in restaurant for dinner and breakfast were just perfect. Very attentive, friendly, smiling faces which means so much. Never waited long for food or drinks. You have great employees, hold onto them tight cause they are so hard to find. They are an asset to your company. Wonderful stay, would definitely come back. Thank you all so much for everything you done and your great hospitality.

Wonderful stay. Every staff member we came in contact were so attentive, helpful, friendly with big smilies and all did an excellent job. Ate breakfast and dinner in their restaurant, food and service excellent. Rooms clean and well kept. Jamie at front desk went above and beyond, happy pleasant personality, very knowledgeable. Recommend highly, would definitely stay again.

Room was decent, food was decent, service was decent. However
Shuttle service was terrible when getting picked up from the airport. Watched other shuttles do pickups multiple times with the same driver, so traffic wasn't an issue. Waited for hours for it to arrive, called numerous times to be told every time the shuttle was "five minutes away". Called to tell them lots of people were waiting so they should send another shuttle, told it was "a big bus".
When it finally came (a medium sized shuttle bus), there wasn't enough room for everyone and we had to load our own luggage in the back. Every passenger under 16 was sitting on a lap (illegal, I believe, for kids over 5 or 6) along with all the carry on luggage that was also on our laps.
Will not stay, park, or shuttle with them again.response / report this review -

The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is clean, rooms are great. The only issue is the walls are very thin you can hear the people in the next room. Great rooms for the price!!!! Will definitely stay again when I'm in Toronto.

Great staff!! Rooms are large and clean, seems to be renovated recently. There is a pool, but small. There is also a gym. The outdoor parking is plenty and oversize vehicles can find parking in the rear. Near lots of restaurants and a grocery store by car only. On the weekdays it takes 30 minutes to get to Toronto but on the weekends about 15 minutes. Cheap gas next door!! Does not come with complimentary breakfast like the ones in the states, which is why I only gave the place 4 stars. Also parking is not included.

Hotel room was very clean. Everything was in working order and staff was very kind and helpful. Pool was nice and clean. Hot tub wasn't the cleanest and could use some work. Park and fly option was fantastic and we never waited on a ride. Excellent choice for traveler's.

We drove to Toronto from Detroit because we could get a more affordable direct flight. Stayed here the evening before we flew out to Jamaica for spring break. We took advantage of the park and fly deal and would highly recommend. Parking is very convenient. Shuttle was quick both ways. Hotel is very clean and restaurant was good for a quick breakfast before we left. Employees were friendly and helpful.

My husband daughter and I stayed at the Best Western Plus on Dixie Rd in Mississauga on a park and fly package in March and were very happy with everything. Saring took care of our reservation and at first there was no parking available for park and fly. A week before our trip I called to see if anything became available and they had a cancellation so she changed our reservation to a park and fly package and was very helpful and cheerful about our needs she also changed our room on arrival to the ground floor to accommodate our daughter who is a smoker. You can't ask for better service than that. She was exceptionally helpful and always with a smile. Everyone else we came in contact with were very good also from the front desk staff to the restaurant where supper was excellent. The shuttle service was also very good. It's about 5 km's from the airport so location is good also. We would all highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great service, and just a decent stay overall with a reasonable price. Best part was that they had a bar next door open until 2am! If you need a place to crash for a night or 2 this is it.

The front desk agent was extremely helpful to us when we stayed. He was a fantastic host and he went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! Any issue that came up he was able to help us out in such a positive way. He truly made our stay fantastic. It is because of him that we would want to stay at the hotel again and again. Such a great hotel! We love how nicely updated it is! Beautiful!
