The staff of Novotel was very friendly and kind during our stay. The rooms are not brand new, but not old and super comfortable. If you're driving and planning on staying here, be aware that there's no free parking in the surroundings and you pay for the hotel parking.

Came here for a conference. The meeting rooms were relatively small for the sessions but the main Paris room was a good size. The staff were great, the hotel had experienced a flood and they managed to relocate us very seamlessly. The downstairs area where a few workshops were being held had a bad odor, but staff managed to move us so we weren't there for long.

Was here for a conference and the service was good and food was great. The look of the hotel is somewhat dated but it got some good amenities like charge stations. From what I saw the gym looks really small. It only got some cardio equipment and a bar or two. It got a pool too. Near square one but across eight Lanes of traffic.

We had a really lovely quaint room that was super clean with a nice view. I had called ahead and upgraded our room to include a safe and a fridge. The staff that helped me was gracious enough to print off a sheet of recommendations for vegan restaurants close by for us. We got a call from the front desk asking us how everything was going after a few hours which was a nice touch too. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious and our server was just the best! He was super cheerful and that made us feel nice. We will definitely be back!

I had a nice stay at the Hotel Novotel Toronto Mississauga Centre. Room was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, a short five minute walk from the Square One mall, and not much further from the City Centre Transit Terminal.

Lobby is nice, room was good with a large bathroom. Unfortunately there is no late check out (I think this is a must for airline guests) so I had to hang about the lobby for hours until my taxi arrived. The restaurant wouldn't accept two vouchers for lunch (what's the point of getting a dinner voucher if you need to leave before dinner is served?)

I've travelled to many countries and stayed at numerous hotels. I would say, compared to other big-brand, four or five star hotels, Novotel Mississauga has really good free internet, fast and reliable, small but good fitness area(but they have half a basketball court! How cool is that!) and the interior design has most things you would expect to make you comfortable at a hotel. And the location is convenient for eating, shopping and car rentals. Staffs' nice too! The only complain is that it's a bit far from downtown if public transportation is used.

The hotel was in a very convenient area near Square One shopping centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel had a beautiful layout. Overall I was very satisfied.

This hotel has been located at the heart of downtown Mississauga and was renovated nicely to keep up with the modern look of hotels. The staff are friendly and are willing to help with any requests. The rooms are nice just as expected with good decorations and calming theme. This hotel is known to be used many times for conferences and parties as the hall is elegant looking and simple to access. This hotel's greatest asset is the prime location being beside Square One Shopping Centre.

What a welcoming hotel! I did find the scent or air freshener quite strong in the lobby, that said I wasn't there for too long, as I was there for a meeting and found the room spacious and clean. The catering service was great as well. If you are in need of a meeting or conference space, I'd recommend this Novotel.

The location of this hotel is great. Aside from there being nothing to do in Mississauga. The Square One Shopping Centre is just two blocks away with a lot of stores. The outside and lobby of the hotel is pretty nice. The rooms, however are dirtier looking and not to mention old. It'll be a better hotel and worth more stars if they were to renovate it.

I had my hopes high due to my previous experiences with the novotel group..
But I was really disappointed with this visit.. first of all the hotel is in a pretty bad shape.. it is in dire need of a renovation..

My visit was during the peak weekend.. the corridor was quite worn out n stale.. despite being a no smoking zone, the room smelled of cigarette, the mini bar in the room was empty, the cleanliness of the toilet and the the corners of the room was quite questionable.. the magazine rack had old magazines with outdated menu.. the swimming pool was closed for renovation..
Most of the times no one was available at plain site at the reception.

I was very disappointed with my visit..

Food is great for our training. Hotel basement conference Centre is clean and well ventilated. Needs a little updating but other that it's good. Self parking is easy and available for $14 for 24hrs

We called in before arrival to ensure we had a suit with a separate room and space for 2 more persons. We didn't have a chance to look at the room right as we checked inwhich we will never do again. But since we confirmed with the front desk we were under the impression we would get what we paid for. When we did arrive to our room later on, we found it to be a tight single bed room, which they claim to be a suit. They were not able to move us as they gave away the all two suits the faculty has. We weren't reconciled for the error the front desk made nor did they really care. In all my years of travel, I have never seen a hotel boast a traditional room to an executive, and then take absolutely no ownership. Never again :(
