Good overall. Clean and rooms are well equipped except for the menu/nearby attractions folder being absent in the room. Watch out for the in-suite snacks they will be charged to your bill. Otherwise would have rated higher

One of the best ones I’ve stayed at in a long time. The front desk guy was one of the best I’ve encountered in over 15 years. Very clean, great staff and very attentive. Bravo on a job well done!!

Terrible experience! Terrible customer service. The manager Athitian is an ass hole. He has POOR customer service doesn't know how to hold a conversation like an adult. Worse experience of my life. I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

Room clean, breakfast standard. Very expensive for what it is. Stayed in nicer places for less money in this market.

Good location rooms on the fifth floor are renovated. Including new carpets. Good price for when we attended Toronto. This hotel is about 10 mins from Pearson airport. Breakfast is what Holiday inn is. The breakfast was well stocked and kept very clean by the staff. Recommended hotel for families. Would go back. We had an issue with other guess and desk rep took care of it right away. Friendly staff all around.

Service is great. they are currently renovating the hotel. I did check in a day late and get charged for the time I wasn't here. They cited that they were full and held the room for me. I ended up in a ADA room. I can't speak for breakfast,as I don't eat it. Decent running area outside.

Affordable Holiday Inn Express. Not too far from the Pearson airport and has free parking. It could probably use some updates soon. Carpet showing its age etc.

It's a little noisy being so close to a major intersection; you get to hear engine brakes and leaky exhaust all night. The breakfast is good, considering the price (free). The parking is free too. The rooms are clean. Internet is fast and free.

Great customer service from Mark(Reception), Brenda (Breakfast)
We reached this hotel at night. Mark was so so friendly and extremely polite. This is the best customer service I ever seen from a hotel staff. Mark is a very nice guy and so professional. Also the second day we went to the breakfast which was great. Brenda was a great and so polite when she was serving us.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Had a great selection on breakfast. Spa, swimming pool, and east access. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in a while. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area
