Excellent service, very close to the industrial area. Very conveniently located in a plaza with a variety of food options. Room we're very clean and well kept.

Very clean and modern room. Although it's close to a busy intersection I cannot hear the traffic. I've never been disappointed when staying at a Holiday Inn Express.

I had the king suite for a night. The accommodations were clean the room was spotless the bed was very comfortable and the service was fantastic. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfast wasn't too bad either.

Clean rooms and property, fun pool and hot tub. Small fitness centre but enough to get a sweat on. Decent hot breakfast and lots of free, drinkable coffee available. Great location for our visit, with lots of food options nearby and very handy to the airport.

Nothing luxurious. Nothing bad either. Pool and workout room are alright. Breakfast was nice. Everything was clean as it should be. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We give our experience a 0 STAR, I had to give it a one star other wise I couldn't post my rate and review. I had BOOKED TWO ROOMS at the SAME TIME, and asked to be placed on the same floor because we DID NOT want to SEPARATE OUR FAMILY, and the clerk at the front desk said he would make sure we were on the same floor. We made reservations THREE WEEKS in advanced and requested this at that time. We were told to call the morning of our check in, and make our requested again to be sure of our arrangements for our stay. The clerk said she would document our request and that they would place us on the same floor. When we arrived to check in, once again I requested both rooms be on the same floor. He did not give us our room numbers at this time, but ensured both rooms would be on the same floor. When we arrived back at the hotel and received our keys we were given keys for TWO DIFFERENT floors and was told there was NOTHING they could do. I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager and I was told there was no one until Monday morning. We had to separate our family, and when my children got in the bed they were complaining of the sheets being wet. Sure enough the sheets on the bed were indeed wet, and it was eleven o'clock at night. I took the wet sheets off the bed and the kids had to use their own blankets they had brought in the car. The breakfast was terrible, the coffee had coffee grinds, and the service was UNACCEPTABLE. The clerk REFUSED to give me a refund, and after of going back and forth with this clerk he finally refunded me ninety-eight dollars back. I didn't sleep all night because my family was separated, I was very upset that we were told something, and they had done the exact opposite. The clerk told me to come back Monday morning and speak to the manager. I live five hours away and this was my family vacation that they ruined. My kids were crying and upset because we were not all together, and we did not feel like guest during our stay. They just threw us in whatever room they felt like. Their goal is satisfactory, and if your stay was unpleasant they would refund that part of your stay. I should have been refunded my entire stay. My kids are still upset and they never want to go back to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Vaughan. We should have known that something was up with this place, when we checked in. A man was checking out and he was missing something from his room, and was very upset. He kicked his suit case and told the clerk that he wanted back what was taken from his room now. They had him walk around the corner to deal with his situation. We work hard everyday, and some of us work two jobs so we can do nice things with our families, and we had to save our money for this family vacation and we were not happy guest during our stay. This stay was they stay from HELL!!. The clerk had the audacity to say to me that he did not guarantee that my family would be placed on the same floor. WOW!! that's why their a ONE STAR and customer service SUCKS!!!

The line to check in was out the door and only one employee was at the desk. It was clear there were guests for multiple weddings, but the front desk wasn't equipped to handle the surge of check-ins. The room was nice and clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable and came with both soft and firm pillows. However, having a room right across the elevators did make for a noisier than desired morning. Overall we had a good stay.

Staff is very friendly and room is clean and nicely appointed. Room is heated with a window/wall heater that constantly seems to run and is very noisy. This heater is the one thing that has bothered me during this stay.
