Barely worthy of a 1 star review. Booked this hotel for my colleagues and when my colleagues arrived, they paid on their own. Upon trying to cancel, they refused my request and ended up charging me for the rooms. Save your time and money; go elsewhere.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by this inn. I liked it. Its location is great, staff was friendly, good value for money, clean and spatial rooms, very good internet connection. There were some disadvantages, but they did not spoil my day. For example some people complain here, that there is no elevator (which is true). It did not cause me trouble (as I am 33), but I'm sure if you asked the staff to carry your luggage, they would do it (especially if you were willing to tip them a bit). Breakfast was very good, although the selection was poor, but hey(!), you're in a 2 star hotel! And finally they provide a 24-hour free airport transfer service.

I had a good experience here. Was very close to the airport and the international centre; bus stop also just outside the hotel. Room service was decent and the place was always clean for me. The breakfast served at the restaurant was also decent. Met my expectations!

The accommodations were fine. Clean and comfortable despite somewhat hard beds. Watch out for the loose piece of rubber on the stairs. I almost tripped on it and told the front desk but they were not in a rush to fix it. Other than that, everything was fine.

Stayed here the night before an early flight to Newfoundland. Our king room was extremely comfortable. The meal we had in the restaurant on site was very good. The service there was fast and friendly! Our wake up call was on time as was our shuttle to the airport.

Amazing staff. From the time we booked the hotel we had such friendly kind service. Everyone working the front desk, in the pub or the restaurant were so kind. You can tell when staff have a good employer because it shows in their service. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

It's very convenient,close to the airport.. The staff working were wonderful.very kind and polite.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent.. Especially the sausages and Scrambled eggs :)
Wayne the morning staff employee was awesome he runs a very nice breakfast..he should be complimented ..all in all very nice experience.. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone Keep up the good work Comfort Inn two thumbs up!response / report this review -

Very friendly staff. The hallways smelled a bit weird but the rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable rooms, very affordable. Shower pressure wavers as well as the temperature sometimes. The free breakfast is very nice. Overall great experience, would stay again.

If you are heading on a trip for a week or two, consider this hotel. The location is excellent - directly across from terminal 3. Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour during busy times (early mornings) and once an hour all the time. We have used it for many years and it meets our needs - especially for those 3am wake ups to get to the 6:30am flight. All you want is a bed - right? And you won't be sleeping much anyway - right? And you sure won't be eating breakfast - right?
Highly recommend the pizza in the attached restaurant. Excellent thin crust. You can also get good Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches in the attached bar (made by same kitchen as pizza).
This hotel has the contract for refugees/immigrants so expect to see a family or two looking very confused but happy. Even if you forget one of your children when rushing for the shuttlle, ZIva will personally drive them over to the airport :-) It wasn't us, but that demonstrates how they treat their clients at this hotel. Many of the staff have been there for years. It is like a small family - strange for a big city eh?response / report this review -

Excellent Value for the Family trip. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. I will come back again. We had a very enjoyable time. The hotel was easy to find. I have no other comments at this time.

Staff was generally great. Hotel just needs updating which I think they are in the process of doing. Also could hire help to lift guests suitcases up the stairs since no elevator. Room was clean, mostly quiet. Great location close to the airport and the International centre. Adequate place for ppl taking exams at the International centre. Breakfast was good.

Room was decent,especially for the price we paid. We even got upgraded to a king bed. Shower this morning was a different story. Water temperature fluctuates badly. Burn you ass but that's not a problem because you know any second the freezing water will come and take the sting off. Staff was friendly and the little pub that is attached is owned by a father/son team. Great service there

The hotel was quite conveniently located near the airport and generally serviceable, I guess, but this does not outweigh some of the hotel's drawbacks. First, parking: The lot was full when we got there, literally full. Staff told us to try parking "wherever it looked like we might fit" and maybe that would be OK. This "park and pray" approach left us wondering if our car would be towed or parked in in the morning. Second, this hotel is in dire need of modernization and renovation. The room was worn and dark. Mildew was visibly evident in the bathroom around the shower's faucet. Worst of all, this room has no sound proofing whatsoever. In other words, people having quiet discussions in the hall or fumbling with their keys could, from our ears, easily have been doing so seated in the bed next to us. Since this is an airport hotel, you can imagine what a drawback this is.
It's hard to recommend this hotel for anything beyond "park and fly" until they address some of these issues.response / report this review
